Location to attractions and restaurants There was no information about parking when I booked. We arrived to find out there is only valet parking at a cost of $48 per night. Definitely learned a lesson for future bookings.

Only thing to consider is if you have a car, valet is 42$ a night and parking nearby is 35$ every 10hrs. Consider what you’ll do for parking in Charlotte, in general, and then you’re good to go. 100% eat at Fahrenheit around sunset 😍

The location is nice and rooftop is cool. The hotel itself is not the best… check in is on the 10th floor. Hotel window was similar to the look of a jail and overall not cozy. Lobby on 10th floor but no real place to mingle and no swimming pool

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is great with easy access to everything you want downtown. The valet parking was conveinant. The room was large, clean and had a great view! We could walk just a block over to thr Nascar Hall of Fame also and the diner one block down actually had quality delicious food. Entrance to valet only parking was confusing but got figured out.

View No microwave in the rooms is crazy … an they keep my deposit a week after I’m gone smh

Room was clean, comfortable, quiet. In heart of downtown convenient to stadium, convention center and more. Good free breakfast. Fahrenheit restaurant on rooftop very nice, views spectacular. Parking too expensive but typical for downtown stays anywhere. All in all, a very good choice.

I stayed here for my friends 50th birthday. I only stayed one night, but overall my stay was comfortable. The hotel was clean and I would stay again
