Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Uptown

The refrigerator in the room did not work and you can't control the temperaturein the room with the wall thermostat. Otherwise then that the room was clean and spacious.

My husband and daughter stayed for tournament they attended and it was perfect and in a good location.

I got upgraded to a suite, no extra charged and I must say it was just what I needed for my one night stay. It had all the amenities and space that I needed to relax and lounge around. Will definitely go back if I’m in town.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is outstanding - we walked literally across the street to the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The only downside was the restaurant - table was dirty, floors were dirty and the food selection was very limited. The food itself was edible but I'm not sure it was worth what we paid for it. We would definitely stay there again but we'd find somewhere else to eat.

Enjoyed it

The mattress was much harder than I'm accustom to and I was feeling it after a couple of nights. Everyone one seems to have gone after guilts for bedding which to me are way too hot to sleep under. Offering a lighter blanket as an alternative would be appreciated. I also missed having a Bible in the room. I like to access these while traveling. Blessings!

The front desk staff, room layout, exercise room, and general cleanliness were very good. The food service was terrible. I experienced them being "out of" four things that I wanted to order over two days. The pantry was ill-stocked for snacks and beverages. I did report this to the assistant manager at check out time and he was to talk to the food & beverage manager.

The property overall was great. I didn’t give it five stars because the restaurant/ kitchen was not open on the property because the cook was running late. The staff did apologize for the inconvenience.

Convenient clean room ok

We always stay at the Hilton and we were at the Chris Brown and Usher Raymond concert and it was blocked from the venue which was located at the Bank of America Stadium. It was extremely convenient and it was very clean Property and we enjoyed our stay there and we most definitely Return. Check-in was extremely expeditious less than five minutes and we were on our way to our suite.
