The room and the breakfast were fine. Everything was clean and the food options were great! I was a bit skeptical booking a room with a hotel that has a 4pm check-in. It seems so late, specially considering checkout is 11am. But I went ahead and sure enough, it was an issue. I showed up 4:30 and the room was not ready for check in. I had to wait until about 5:30 in the lobby with a crowd of guests going through the same. We had plans at 6 and we were left with hardly any time to prepare and had to rush out. Not an ideal way to start our stay.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Charlotte Convention center and walking distance from good food places. The Staff was professional, polite and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and upgraded. Breakfast also had decent options.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and informative plus ensure to ask if needed anything to contact. Complimentary breakfast was great as it was varied each day.

Staff was super friendly, & answered every question. Breakfast was great. We came for the football game, & incredibly convenient to walk to the stadium. We always stay at Hampton’s when we travel. Thank you!

Good hotel. FYI: It was $35 to park on their deck, so if you have a lot of stuff you’re traveling with, that’s your best option (especially if you have strollers, etc). Good breakfast options. During graveyard hours, some drivers like to blast their music on the streets of Charlotte near the premise.

The room was well appointed and clean. Bed was great. Breakfast was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Was a little pricey, but it was football weekend, so I knew that would be the case. The staff was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Check in was easy. Great location also. Close to great restaurants and Bank of America Stadium. I will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
