Hampton Inn Charlotte-Uptown

Website states that parking is $35. They charged me $50 for self-parking.

Everything was amazing the staff specifically the guy that was there yesterday morning around 8am. I believe his name was rayvon if I'm spelling that correctly. He was AMAZING. I was so rattled and depleted of my energy after I missed the train going back to SC.I wanted to check in as early as possible.I knew it was still 8am way before a checkout/ check in time HOWEVER he told me that he would try to get me in a room as early as possible. An he did JUST that. I was able to check in around 2pm I believe. I was so relieved and happy. Next time i'm in charlotte, I will for sure.Stay at this hotel ❤️

Service, breakfast and staff all wonderful. Only issue I have with this property is the $35/day parking fee l, which to me seems a bit steep.

Close walk to the Bank of America stadium The tv did not work in the room

The breakfast was very basic and not very good. Lastly very insufficient outlets and charging ports that actually worked so hard to get electronics charged at once and had to take turns. View was facing away from downtown and on a school so didn’t really get the true uptown feel for location til you left the hotel. But felt safe and in a nice and clean area.

The staff were helpful, however, the air conditioner was not working properly during our one-night stay, so much so that our clothes and the floor in the room were damp the next morning. They could not refund our stay because we booked through Hotels.com. NOT GOOD. Very second rate considering they "renovated recently.

We would stay again if we’re in the area again.

The staff was absolutely great and our room was taken care of nicely. The only thing I would say is that when they came into clean they took the bath mat and didn’t empty all the trash cans. Other than that it was great!!

The place was super clean, the front lobby staff were very kind. The parking garage had so many spots. Truthfully a wonderful experience.

My room had a plumbing issue which, when called into the Front Desk, was resolved quickly by the engineer.

Room was clean and staffs were very friendly.

Room not clean, terrible bedding worn out mattress, we left with back pain from very bad mattress. Pull out desk shelves were not cleaned. Bad pillows no firmness at all. Definitely will not book this site again.

Hotel was nice and parking was easy. Walking distance to football stadium.

Excellent breakfast choices. Parking is easy; although you will need your hotel key to get out of the garage. lose to Bank of America for a game.
