To work it out for us to stay in the same room the entire time.

Location They couldn’t find my reservation and me and my kids couldn’t check in till midnight we sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting to find it .

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly from arrival to departure. Valet parking was very convenient, the breakfast was very good, and the lady making omelets was always singing and cheerful while working. The other breakfast staff were doing their jobs with pleasure; it was a very pleasant stay.

The room was not clean; dated and bugs in the bathroom and hallways! Management refunded and I’m sure this wasn’t the first time.

Everything was top notch, i would recommend this place over and over, wish everywhere i stay is loke this room was big and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. At check-in, we received complimentary bottled water, and the kids were given snacks, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh fruit, berries, and hot food. We also really enjoyed the evening happy hour with complimentary snacks like chips, cheese, and dips, along with three free drinks per guest, including cocktails, wine, or beer. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences during our road trip. Honestly, nothing. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The room was clean and very comfortable Some of the front desk employees were very rude and when we try to communicate with them about some things we needed for our room they acted like we weren’t supposed to ask or we bothered them

Embassy Suites could be a 5 star hotel in Charlotte but the overall customer service was lacking in most areas. From the time you enter the Valet to the check in desk to the evening reception bartenders, the staff acted like they were burdened to deal with guests. If the evening reception is such a hassle, it would be been for ES to eliminate the free drinks and charge a modest drink prices. BTW chips and pretzels do not count as light snacks, Breakfast was very good with the omelette station and the staff was attentive in the restaurant. Great location near activities like NASCAR, Spectrum center and even B Of A stadium. Restaurants are close by but there is no concierge or recommendation on what is nearby. Again great facility but customer service training is needed.
