Just what we needed! Clean, spacious, excellent locations.

Cute hotel, easy access, walkable to local restaurants, clean rooms, and well-equipped. I was in town for work and would stay here again!

I left the hotel early (before my third night), because I could hear the woman next door on the phone from 10pm until 1am both prior nights, and a baby crying nonstop the second night from 2:45am until 4:00am. It was like the walls were paper thin. I've never had such trouble sleeping in any hotel (I've stayed in > 300 hotels in the past 20 years). Very disappointed, as it affected my energy and mood for the whole trip.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and attentive. The location is great. We would stay again!

Beautiful hotel. Roger at the front desk was so helpful. We’re thankful for him not getting annoyed with us for calling so many times coming out of town. He stayed professional the whole time and took good care of us! We will return the next time we come into town!😁👏

This hotel overbooked my room. I had to stay three nights on a horrible king size bed with my family of five. Once they were finally able to move me into what I originally booked I had to go through all the trouble to pack my luggage of five and transferred into the new room. They did not comp me or give me anything for my troubles. Horrible.

Centrally located, convenient next to Whole Foods, nascar museum and cute farmers market within walking distance.

Great location for Spectrum center. Clean hotel. Would stay again.

I enjoy my stay in the suite that we stayed in was nice. I just wish there was a more extensive breakfast option.

We loved our hotel. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. We were able to walk to the concert, museum, store, and restaurants. The pool was perfect to relax after a long day and the continental breakfast was better then most. I especially appreciated the fresh coffee and multiple protein options. Our room had an amazing view of Uptown Charlotte. It was clean and comfortable.

Room is very clean, has all the relevant amenities. Breakfast could do with a few healthier options. Otherwise lovely.

Usually Hilton offers water when you check in we’re not offered. I booked a king studio, I was offered 2 queen beds. Price I paid for this was not cheap.

Everything was great except the logistics of breakfast. We skipped it because the tables were right on top of the line and should have been arranged for easy less stressful access.

We went with family of 5. Everyone was helpful and I would recommend for family stays. Really clean and all staff very helpful. Daily breakfast was fresh and clean.

Our room was clean for the most part. No loud neighbors and the staff was very friendly!
