Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown, NC

Exceptional

The property was great and convenient the staff was wonderful Everything was great nothing bad to stay

Great place to stay close to stadium

Superb

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. And walking distance to Bank of America Stadium.

Great location and close to all the venues! Only issues we had was parking. The hotel cannot accommodate our Mercedes Sprinter Van in their parking garage due to height limitations and alternate parking is not convenient. The receptionist gave us info to park at venue across the street, but that venue was not cooperative. We had to play the street parking game with meters and constantly moving it due to time limitations.

Property was cleaning parking is definitely not the best related inconvenient, water did get hot in the rooms.

Good spot with clean room

Customer Service was great (especially Tye!)

Location No parking for cargo vans. Was challenging to get parking squared away. Had to walk to a parking lot. Management was helpful but this needs to be more accommodating for their guests.

Very good

The breakfast variety was excellent. The parking was one of my least likes. If you arrived late is was difficult to get parking in the garage, you had to go around a couple of times and get one as someone was departing from their spot.

The staff was awesome here!!

The breakfast staff were wonderful

Exceptional

Had a great stay for our 1yr anniversary. The staff were great and very helpful. The room, hallways and lobby were very clean and fresh.

Room was always clean and staff was always friendly

Great experience checking into the hotel without any hassle

If you are planning to stay in Charlotte for more than a few days and dont want to eat out for every meal. This is a great room. There's a Whole Foods next door. Complementary Breakfast, served in lobby area, was great. Walking distance to most of uptown (downtown) . Easy to catch an Uber or public transport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No noise from other rooms or in the halls. The double room also had a pull out bed the sofa.

The breakfast was great and the location was super convenient for the Panthers Game. It was even closer to the stadium than I anticipated and there were plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to as well.
