Location was good. Room was good. Bar area was nice. For the money, no water in the room. Room cleaning was the bare minimum to maintain tidiness. No bell available on arrival.

Nice property. Everyone was nice and help full. Nice room and bed. Not a great city view room. Great pressure in shower. Little mold in shower. But over all great stay.

the front desk staff was lovely. I love the bed and the toiletries are nice. I only wish they offered free coffee in the morning. Valet was fast. The restaurant staff was also awesome.

My only concern and I think it should be shared. Upon my departure I received my receipt via email and a hardcopy with one amount. My billing statement reported something different, even though it was a small amount its the principle. After, speaking with a representative and a Supervisor my final receipt was modified 8 hours later with a charge, first it was a bottle water and then they changed it to taxes. PSA...please check your final receipt with your credit card billing statement to make sure it is accurate.

Breakfast at the little restaurant was terrible and The Dogwood restaurant extremely overpriced.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating in the lobby, front desk, and bar. Parking garage is difficult to navigate and needs better signage and flow to exit. Parking attendant was rude in garage. Wish there was a pool.
