Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was more and better than I had expected. The front desk staff were both friendly and helpful. I would definately consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

If traveling to the NASCAR Hall of Fame or Bank of America Stadium, Element by Marriot is an ideal place to stay. The large parking garage next door makes parking easy and the attached bar/ restaurant make dining simple. The fitness center is really nice and the staff are super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue that arose was the breaker box in the room kept blowing. First, it was the lights in the bathroom. They went out and it took my family a while to realize what had occurred. During our stay, the bathroom lights went out once more and the microwave basically blew the breaker every time we used it. We finally just quit using the microwave.

The location was perfect for game day at Bank of America stadium. The staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good, too. The parking garage situation was a little confusing with several events happening at the same time (weddings on the property & football game), and the garage is shared with another hotel & apartments. It wasn’t bad, just a little confusing at first.

Spent two nights At bedtime, thermostat set to 60 degrees DOES NOT WORK! We sweated and woke up numerous times throughout the night. Avg temp in the room was 77 degrees. We loved our stay, but sleep is very important too. This must be fixed. Also, the outer key sensor cap was off, with wires sticking out, and the bottom seam of the door was too wide open, allowing light and noise to enter the room. We will return, but will call and check to see if the thermostat has been fixed. I give you this feedback, because we really would love to return. Thank you.

Monday we had cook to order breakfast which was a pleasant surprise compared to buffet options. I had two amazing staff members for check in (Sunday evening staff) and check out (i know Sasha checked me out). Every staff member i came into contact include cleaning staff and bartender were warm, friendly, and helpful! Only negative would be the bar potentially having more televisions in the bar since it was by the stadium and didnt feel entertained for options sitting at the bar independently Sunday night. Overall, would not change anything else.

Superb

We stayed for the weekend to go to a concert at the Bank of America stadium. The hotel is in a nice location so you can walk everywhere. The NASCAR museum is across the street. Whole Foods is next door & a lot of restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel itself is ok. I thought with it being new you wouldn't hear traffic & noises, but it's probably the worst place I've ever stayed as far as hearing traffic & noises within the hotel. Then our refrigerator kept kicking the breaker & we had to tell them numerous times. They sent the maintenance guy up a couple of times & it'd work for a little bit then quit again. So we had to throw out our leftovers and our drinks got warm. They acted like we were bothering them whenever we had to keep telling them. Like I told them I think I'd be concerned about why it kept kicking the breaker. It would've been quicker & safer to just replace it. Then when we were leaving they did give us our parking for free to compensate for it. There's a really nice bar area but it's not open very often. The one night we sat in there then others noticed it opened and came in also. So I think if it was open more often they'd get business. The seating area is really nice. Our bartender was the nicest person there. We really enjoyed talking to him. He opened the glass sides up so we could get fresh air. The breakfast was ok. The cook was really nice & fast.

This hotel is very nice and clean have great breakfast and nice food and drinks and the kitchen staff was the best.. but the biggest issue is the space and the parking and it’s not ok. To have to wait for the staff to let you up to the 9th floor every time and parking deck is a mess no order , to far away. To have to deal with the lift gate not working and not being able to get a ticket to drive out !

Great location for South End and uptown.

This was an excellent hotel. The breakfast was really great. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was not actually the hotel's fault. Make sure you do not miss the entrance to the parking garage area, or you will be taking a 10-minute detour on the interstate.
