JW Marriott Charlotte

Our room was spacious,elegant, and very comfortable, making it a truly relaxing experience. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall sense of elegance the hotel provides. This is definitely a place we look forward to staying at again, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious hotel experience.

The staff was very friendly, courteous and just all around wonderful. Best experience I have had at a Marriot hotel so far. Very clean premises, pull out sofa ready to go for my kids, very fast service (when I asked for towels and toilet paper). Just an excellent experience!

This hotel has great customer service and the air conditioning system doesn't give you any problems. The mattresses were firm. My only complaint was that there isn't enough light in the rooms at night but overall this hotel's good reputation is well deserved.

Everything The parking prices

People were very friendly and accommodating when approached. Good location to walk around the city and check out the sites. Executive Lounge was a nice addition for snacks and non alcoholic beverages. Room was basic for the price. Phone and fan in bathroom did not work. There offered compensation. Biggest complaint was place was way over prices for the "luxury" services they offer including the spa and steak house. Again great service and smiling people, just not worth the price. Could have gotten more upscale amenities for less elsewhere.

Staff and room also restaurant was amazing

Great location. Concert in the Stadium was only three blocks away. Easy walking distance. Aura on Fifth floor was lovely. The city was beautiful to see from this vantage point. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was absolutely incredible. We had never been to Charlotte and the staff helped us navigate the area and the activities around us.
