Rooms didn’t have the beds made at all during the 4 days we stayed. The gentleman at the door was excellent and I could say the only one that helped and was willing to work!

Loved happy hour in the lobby! And beautiful and still casual atmosphere The elevators. Had some trouble often with key and also couldn’t find the ice maker but was not a big deal

I liked the bathroom and the view of Charlotte. Also, the bed was very comfortable There was a small amount of trash from the last guest or room service when we checked in. Asked the lobby staff to clean it, got back hours later and still had to clean it

The hotel TV says you can connect your phone to the TV and watch your shows. Ours wasn’t working so i called to the front desk. The front desk lady said she’d call me back with some help, and unsurprisingly i never got a call back. The DJ and music from ink and ivy was LOUD. like that needs to be included in the room description. The ac probably never got lower then 75 in our room even though it was set at 65. It was so uncomfortable my husband and i couldn’t sleep. Its a cute hotel but it’s severely lacking. We will never ever be back!

Only thing I would note is the parking situation. The hotel has a parking deck under it. You do need to pay as noted in the hotel info, but there was not info on how to get to the parking deck. You need to drive right past the hotel entrance and it’s on your left.

Overall the hotel is very nice. The charges my credit card an additional $42 with no explanation or receipt.
