Lovely room with a beautiful view of the park. Very clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and quick, nice happy hour in the evening and delicious coffee this morning. Roof top bar had excellent cocktails and apps. A truly wonderful stay

We had one of the best views the hotel has to offer, which was beautiful, but unfortunately the sound insulation was very poor. We could hear a significant amount of street noise throughout the night, making it difficult to fall asleep. On a very positive note, the valet team deserves special recognition. They were incredibly hardworking, friendly, and kind, truly some of the nicest people we encountered during our time in Charlotte.

Staff and hotel were great! Majorly understaffed! No help at all with luggage. Had to unload and carry luggage ourself. Being in the South, they do not serve Grits!

Exceptional

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at the Kimpton Tryon Hotel in Charlotte! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff throughout the property were welcoming and professional. The location was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I will definitely be staying here again. The only disappointment was my experience at the rooftop bar. My group and I stood directly in front of the bartender waiting to be served, but he repeatedly skipped over us to help other guests who arrived after we did. After waiting for quite some time without being acknowledged, we decided to leave and visit another bar instead. His behavior came across as very rude and unprofessional, which unfortunately took away from an otherwise amazing stay.

I had an excellent stay at the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel. The upgraded linens made the bed incredibly comfortable, and the views from the room were absolutely stunning. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charlotte.

We were very pleased with our stay! One of the nicest & friendliest hotels we have been at in a long time! Excellent convenience & walking distance to panther stadium. Thank you!!

The front desk staff were hit or miss. Some were excellent- solicitous, proactive, courteous. Although the others were eventually helpful, I felt like I was bothering them with my questions and other requests. The bellman, Matt, was especially helpful and the two gentleman who helped us in and out with our bags (blue shirts in the garage) were also excellent. Also worthy of mention was the manager for the rooftop lounge. He was attentive, engaging and genuinely invested in us having a good time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would go again.
