Although clean, it had a lingering odd smell.

Check in was quick. Glad an email was sent to update about only 1 elevator working and directions to get there due to road closing. Parking was a little confusing.

Attended during concert while location to stadium was convenient, we couldn’t access parking due to blocked streets to hotel. Had to use nearby garage and overpay for parking n walk to hotel. Overall great stay & great time.

There was one elevator working and the hotel was full so it took a very long time to go up and down. The staff had signage up, but once our event was over, we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to go back to our room.

The location was amazing. The room had all of the amenities you expect in a residence inn. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The staff had events planned throughout the day, which made being there that much better. There was definitely a vibe! There was one elevator working and the hotel was full so it took a very long time to go up and down. The staff had signage up, but once our event was over, we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to go back to our room.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had. Perfect location! The staff was extremely friendly the rooms was SPOTLESS! I honestly dont plan on staying at any other location when I come back to Charlotte.

Everyday there was different breakfast options which is appreciated and the lounge area is also nice. This place was great, they’re like their own family there. Very kind and welcoming!

Hotel was great - very clean. Great location as well. But there was a shooting right outside the night we stayed. Also, a bit over priced.
