From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and you could tell that the property is taken care of. Breakfast was another nice part of our stay. The breakfast area was very clean and organized, and there were plenty of choices to satisfy everyone. Everything was well stocked, and it was a great way to start the day before heading out. We also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the area. We felt safe and comfortable walking around, and the surrounding neighborhood was welcoming and convenient. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Between the friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, safe surroundings, and excellent location, this was a great place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit and would gladly recommend it to family and friends.

Good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only downside was one of the elevators were down. It took us about 10 minutes to get up and down stairs and at one point we ended up taking the stairs because the elevator was taking to long and we were about to miss our Uber for the concert. Other than that it was great.

Honestly it was the best hotel I have stayed in about 9 years, close to everything in (downtown) Charlotte! Walking distance from both bojangles coliseum and Bank of America stadium!

All but one elevator was operational on Sunday. Downstairs men’s bathroom was unusable/covered in feces. Glass bathroom door in room offered no privacy. Very loud toilet flushing.

No hot tub or pool as advertised. Walked 9 flights of stairs because the elevators didn’t work. Zero signs. The staff is terrible. I also valeted my car. After paying for expedited I waited 49 minutes before begging the attendant for my keys and went and got my car myself. No one cared this entire time including the mailer on the bonvoy app to the staff. I overpaid

We loved this hotel. It's in walking distance of a lot places to eat and just walk around and enjoy the scenery. Check in was smooth,the staff was super nice&knowledgeable. I'm not sure about nearby shopping,we were in town for a race. The hotel was conveniently located to the start line! The rooms were nice&cleaned. The only negative thing I have to say is there was no in room microwave. The restaurant inside was really nice.I ordered some wings,they were really good. I give this hotel a 10!!

Convenient location for going to the Stadium. The elevators took forever, but it was very crowded due to the concert. Also, it could use a new paint job in the room. Paint was peeling.
