The Ivey's Hotel

Poor

The hotel is fantastic and we loved the unique boutique feel. We enjoyed the gym while we were there a couple of times and ordered room service a couple of mornings, which was pretty good. We’ll definitely be back.

This place is awesome.

Everything!

Very cute hotel in the heart of charlotte

We had a wonderful stay at The Ivey’s Hotel and truly appreciated the warm, personal service from beginning to end. The hotel has such a charming and sophisticated atmosphere, and every detail made our stay feel special. We especially appreciated the reception team, as well as the staff at Sophia’s Lounge, who were exceptionally sweet, friendly, and professional. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. And Sophia’s was a highlight in itself — the food and drinks were excellent! Overall, The Ivey’s provided a memorable and enjoyable experience, and we would happily return. A beautiful hotel with outstanding hospitality in the heart of Charlotte.

Great location and super chic hotel. Loved everything about it. Unfortunately, I made a mistake on Expedia booking the room for the next day. I ended up booking the right night with you, so I hope you’ll issue the refund accordingly.

We arrived at midnight, and the receptionist was so lovely. We really appreciated the warm welcome and easy late check-in. The hotel itself is gorgeous, from the beautiful décor to the charming old architecture. Everything feels elegant and thoughtfully designed, and even the hotel smells amazing! We Loved our stay with the Ivey!

Great rooms, clean well appointed and good space. Checkin was poor - room not ready and check in staff curt and unwelcoming. The room was noisy with loud music from bars close by - so sleep poor despite comfortable bed. If you want to be asleep peacefully before 2am then avoid - despite all the other positives.

Fab location near everything. Party central outside noise on weekend. Immaginative Decor matches pictures. Water available only when requested. No toiletries. They spray a scent in hallways which set off an allergic reaction for me. Unnecessary health risk.

Beautiful location and atmosphere No microwave or continental breakfast

The front office staff member, Teresa nd the bartender in Sophies, Andy was amazing!!! The housekeepers left alot to be desired. We waited almost 2 and a half hours to get into our room around 4:30 and then rushed to get dressed to make our dinner reservations on time.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great fitness room.

Rooms were opulent. The onsite restaurant and bar were great. Beds were comfortable.

Staff was extremely polite and there were a lot of extra complimentary drinks and snacks in the room There really wasn't anything I didn't like

Great Hotel

The location and overall property condition was beautiful and great! Some deeper cleaning of the room would have been preferred, but it was minor ( stain on the carpet, some dirt stains around the handle on the bathroom door and some items left behind under the bed). Overall great hotel and friendly staff, will go back again.
