The hotel and room itself were amazing! The staff was very helpful and kind. The only issue was the valet parking. We had to wait a very long time to get our car.

Very disappointed in the check-in process. I am handicapped and can not do stairs. As I arrived I was handed my key card and told to go up this long winding staircase to th second floor. I promptly said I can not do stairs and she informed me they are not that bad. I asked about an elevator and was promptly told the only elevator on property serviced the Residence. I asked about a ground floor room and was told they were all sold out. Later, I find out both statements were not accurate. I waitress saw me struggling with stairs and said she would get me to the second floor via residence elevator. Also n conversation the ground floor rooms were very much available. I believe it was because I booked through Expedia and did not book through them for a savings of $600 in fees. Not a place I would recommend!

The rooms are beautiful, very clean and extremely comfortable. We were very pleased with the quality of the room. Sophia's Lounge is very cute and provided great service. Overall service was lacking for a property at this price point. We arrived at about 3pm to a valet line that had no one there. We were then told by the front desk that our room was close so it was best to just grab our own stuff. No offer to assist with luggage. We were then told to just leave our keys with the front desk and they would turn them over to valet when they had time. Disappointing for a valet service that cost $60. When we did retrieve our vehicle, the valet had changed many settings on our car, all of which were not necessary for them to drive the vehicle. In addition, we attempted to order breakfast by placing the food tag on our door. It was never picked up, so our order did not come as planned. In general, aside from the restaurant, the property didn't seem to have enough staff on hand.

We absolutely loved our three-night stay! The room was beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and every part of our experience exceeded our expectations. Everything was truly five-star, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pleasant staff, very helpful.

The overall decor of the hotel was excellent..the rooms had a form of iPad with your name welcoming you…

The property was clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing. The only negatives we had was the elevator wasn't working during our stay, and the valet was a little slow and overwhelmed. The location is great for walking to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing.

Amazing property and experience minus the elevator not working and having a leg issue.

This hotel was beautiful! The staff was helpful and informative. I had to circle the block a few times to get in with the valet parking. Oh and there isn’t a microwave to use anywhere on site! I thought that was strange, But overall it was a pleasant stay and in walking distance to really good restaurants and other places.

I loved the architectural and design details. It gave the hotel a very unique, vintage feel that set it apart from any property I have ever visited.

One night stay in Junior Suite. No AC in room, had to sleep on pull bed in the front room, it was broke. It was cooler to sleep up front. I was really disappointed.
