Valet wouldn’t take our truck even though they have an oversized listed price on the sign, which was a major inconvenience in the middle of the night having to park in the terrible garage across the street.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte, Autograph Collection over Memorial Day weekend. Everything was excellent. Staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. If we needed something, it arrived quickly, and then we received a text to make sure what we requested had arrived. Even the valets were really nice. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the complimentary water bottles. The bath amenities were great - we loved that there was a liquid hand wash so we didn't have to use bar soap at the sink. Lighting was good in the bathroom. We also liked that a robe and slippers were provided. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay!
