Amazing customer service. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and offered us free breakfast after we learned that their outdoor pool was closed. Bistro staff was also extremely friendly and helpful

The pool was broken and hotels.com didn’t tell us but the management gave us a refund .

Great

The location is great. Bar staff and dining staff are excellent as always, this was my 4 or 5 stay at this hotel in the last couple of years. The sheets were stained. Front desk wanted me to change myself. I had to request another room, this was after 11:00 pm. Did offer to send maintenance to change sheet but had to remove all our belongings for him to enter.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in seeing the outdoor pool was closed! This was the main reason we chose this place in this location.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to many different restaurants, banks, and pharmacies. The stadium is about a 10 minute walk. The shower water has good pressure and was always hot no matter what time in the day it was. The bed was comfortable and not too firm. The room and hotel was clean and didn’t have any weird smells.
-
Location Property wasn’t as clean as most Marriott locations (in my experience). Staff was not informative AT ALL regarding parking and overall amenities at facilities.
-
I liked the location and the bed was not uncomfortable. I didnt like the layout of the room and the motel was not full I paid a premium price for the room because of the concert. I booked my room over a month in advance. We were stuck in a corner room with the view of a parking garage. The furniture was all crammed into the room like it didnt fit. And the Room fees and parking fees were doubled because of the concert. So it costs me over $500 for 1 night and that didnt include breakfast. I wont be going back

Concierge was outstanding as well as staff. Easy and very accommodating.
-
The coffee was low quality, my breakfast sandwich was on a bun instead of a croissant or English muffin so it was too much bread. I had ordered a bagel and that thing was rock hard. However the French toast and fruit was nice.

customer service and cleanliness
-
Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating with earlier check in and finding something to eat after most had closed! AC was nice and comfortable. $38 for parking and garage was not very clear about instructions for using it and how to get back out and to the hotel. VERY confusing all around and especially if you are disabled and can't walk very well

But our frig only had one setting it was freezing all our drinks. The gym was ok but the door was broke so these teenagers kept coming in and ruining stuff.

No room service

Very clean Nun

Excellent room. Great staff. We loved the bar area Overcharging for parking.
-
Great location and a fun “pillow bar” in the room For the first time ever, there was no complimentary water in the room. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a makeup magnifying mirror, which I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel.

If you’re staying over the weekend, there’s free street parking right next to the hotel entrance, so you don’t need to pay the $40/night parking fee. It would’ve been nice if the reception mentioned it as a helpful tip — but they didn’t ? For the first time ever, there was no complimentary water in the room. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a makeup magnifying mirror, which I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel.
