The rooms were very nice and clean. Would have preferred more options for food for dinner, but what is available is good. The dinner area is not very family friendly. Pool was nice.

This hotel is conveniently located to food and entertainment, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect location, clean room, pool area and gym were nice. Parking fee was lower than most other hotels in the area. I’d stay here again next time we’re in town.

It was very convenient to Bank of America stadium. The accommodations were nice and staff friendly. The bathtub needed to be resurfaced. The top half of the tub was a different color.

Very convenient to the BOA stadium. The air conditioning was very noisy. Otherwise everything thing else was great.

The location was excellent and in walking distance to the stadium. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything was awesome. The first time I've ever stayed at a hotel, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower was just amazing; made me not want to get out. No problems with the water flowing - no stopped up drains. The bed was very comfortable and loved the decor of the room. Room was clean but mirror by the doorway wasn't and the toilet had some type of scratches in it like someone had taken some abrasive cleaner to tool to clean. But, those were minor; overall I would give it a 9/10.

We love staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s convenient to everything we want to do in Charlotte and has become one of our favorite places to stay. Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like. We’ve had a great experience here and would happily stay again.

We stayed the night for the football game and it was very close!

Friendly staff but not outgoing or anything to brag about. I had my do not disturb on my room until 11:30am but then left for the day and my room was never cleaned.

Great pool and great staff. The room show a little of the wear, but were clean and simple. We had a great stay!
