Clean, modern, renovated and new carpet. Central to all pertinent venues.

Friendly staff but not outgoing or anything to brag about. I had my do not disturb on my room until 11:30am but then left for the day and my room was never cleaned.

Great pool and great staff. The room show a little of the wear, but were clean and simple. We had a great stay!

Close to the venue and places to eat. Clean. Easy check in process. Not enough bath towels in the room. Each occupant should have 2. We only had 3 upon arrival.

The restrooms by the conference room on the first floor were in bad shape and weren't cleaned during our stay.

Location. It was walking distance to the venue. Phone didn’t work in the room. One of the outlets next the bed didn’t work. No info book in the room about the hotel and outside facilities. Also, no safe!

The property was very clean and in close proximity to the Spectrum Center, which is where I was going for a concert. Nothing. There is nothing not to like (except the prices for a beer. $8.00 for one beer is ridiculous.)

The property is clean and in a great location. The persons providing the cleaning service needs retraining or supervision because they do not do a good job of ensuring the rooms are up to standard before checking in clients. We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights, all of the soap, shampoo & conditioner bottles were empty. (whereas I travel with my own products, my husband do not) and so it got a bit frustrating for him especially after they serviced the room on the second day and still didn't replace the containers. My daughters bathroom was dirty and she had to request a room change.

Room smelled like molded carpet and bar area only opened one time during my entire stay.

Had issue checking in. Parking garage attached to hotel charged $60 to park overnight. Hotel staff told me the $38 validation would be more expensive than paying directly through garage. It ended up being $22 more expensive through garage. Overall frustrating experience.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, it would have been nice to know that the pool was not available for our stay. It had apparently been closed for a few months but nothing was noted anywhere.
