Great stay

Free parking, clean rooms. Breakfast was not good.

Very clean and convenient. Staff is very friendly. Easy to reach someone if you need help. Breakfast was pretty decent. I don’t have any complaints.

The hotel was beautiful and set in a very quiet area with a couple of upscale pubs that close around 10pm.

Property was clean, people were nice I didn’t like the parking situation… everyday it was hard to find a parking spot and they had compact cars parking spots which were too small for vehicles to fit in… I had to park in back of the building with poor lighting and had to walk around hotel to get to the front… Was warned by staff about break ins and was told to park close and being a woman walking from back of a building was not acceptable

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also the breakfast was really good. For starters we arrived 2 hours after check in and our room was still not ready. I said okay can you give me a time it will be ready and the guys was so RUDE. Then he reassigned the room so we would have one. First time send us looking for a room that did not exist, second time sent us to the 4th floor then came looking for us and said my bad actually go to the 5th floor. His attitude was off the charts and he never said so sorry about any of the check in issues. Also we are checking our card he charges us $50 more than the bill summary showed.

Everything was outstanding! Parking was the only down fall.

The Embassy Suites in Ayrsley were clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent. I was informed that they had a daily happy hour where 2 drinks would be complimentary as well as breakfast hours. The room was quiet and clean and the beds were firm and pillows soft. The Ayrsley part of Charlotte is clean and feels very safe, which helped me feel more relaxed during my stay. I also appreciated that they had chargers for EVs on site. I would choose to stay here again if I am ever in the Charlotte area again!

It located in its own little town with food and bars so you don’t have to travel far and can walk I didn’t have more time lol

Breakfast was good, the selection were amazing. DA Courtney from Durham charged my card twice during check in.

My kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. It was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. It smelled amazing! They need to make a one-way in one way out line for breakfast. I did get a little bit chaotic down there. They need more luggage carts. With the amount of people they have staying there, I think they only have two.

Rooms are just as they should be, clean, nice, up to day, and plenty of space. Cant say that about others. The breakfast was also amazing. They had the regular continental breakfast( waffles, cereal, fruits juices) and also amazing eggs, bacon, sausage, and made to order omelets. This save my family of 4 about $50 for breakfast every morning. Very pleased. They also offer 2 free drinks per night at happy hour at the bar, but we dont drink and didn't take advantage of that free service.

Breakfast was outstanding, our room was spacious and very clean. Can't wait to stay at Embassy Suites in the future. Only complaint was about the noisy neighbors, but the staff were kind and were able to resolve the matter.
