Tru by Hilton Charlotte Ayrsley

The floor in the bathroom and around my bed were not clean and the remote had some sticky or greasy on it just little thing attention to details. But other than that I loved my stay and will recommend Tru Hilton to friends and relatives.

Clean, close to carowinds, fun games like pool, great breakfast! Nothing

The location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and ambiance. Some rowdy patrons kept me awake during my first night’s stay.

It was clean, nice and convenient

Arura was excellent & made our stay very inviting a warming.

The young lady at the front desk was very professional and courteous. Parking was tight. Breakfast was mediocre.

The worst thing is that three days later when I checked the card transactions I noticed that they charged my account $190.15

The breakfast is delicious and to have a coffee station 24/7 is the best! The sausage could be cooked a little longer

Was a nice place

Very neat and clean. Rooms are larger and you pay less compared to other Hilton hotels as you choose less amenities and solves your purpose. Somewhat breakfast options seems very less. Also shower in the room have 3/4 curtains which spills out the water out.

Beds were horrible. Sheets had pilling and needed replacing. Walls paper thin

Rooms was very clean, staff was very nice and breakfast and parking was amazing.

Parking was good as well. Breakfast choices were great. No microwave, no tub, iron board was broken, but received a new one immediately.

The location Thin walls… the guest above us were very loud
