cleanliness area the customer service everything was great and more

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean but showed some wear and tear. The toilet seat was replaced with one that did not fit the oblong shape. The AC unit was noisy, loud, and required maintenance. My one concern was safety, but considering the time of our arrival at 10 pm on a Saturday night, we observed several adults who looked like hookers- five, to be exact- coming and going separately while checking in. As an employee in a non-profit organization that combats trafficking, it concerned me for the safety of my family. I could be wrong, but it is what we witnessed. Parking free, breakfast standard.

Amazing hotel, very clean and great staff

Great location, ample parking- breakfast was limited and other guests were noisy but all in all it was a good trip. Would probably stay here again. Thin walls and doors, other people would let their doors slam closed and it startled me awake a few times.

Nothing nasty and dirty First of all the cleanliness was a mess. When we got there we was put in a room that someone was clearly smoking in then we was put in another room where the sheets was dirty on the bed and something bit me in the bed.
