The hotel was easily accessible. The surrounding were excellent for places to eat, shop, get gas etc. The establishment was very clean. The room was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was professional yet friendly. They made tou feel comfortable in approaching them. There was plenty of parking. Some shops and dining places were in walking distance. The pool and exercise room was clean and easy to access. Overall, it was a great stay.

Everyone was so nice at our recent stay. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was so clean.

Breakfast menu was good. Staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the guest in the room next to ours had an unattended dog who barked, howled and whimpered late at night and whenever the guest left the room. Understanding that guests love and sometimes require their animals to travel with them, it is irresponsible of them to allow their pet to create an unpleasant experience for other guests who pay to have enjoyable accommodations. Hotels should have designated areas for guests with pets and require them to follow some simple common courtesy rules while staying at hotels. I would stay at this Fairfield Inn again while visiting in Charlotte. Thank you

Clean room

Very good location with friendly staff and clean rooms!

Pictures made the suite look more spacious. Off you have to use the hide a bed in the couch, you can barely walk around it to get to the bathroom! It was a hazard. Other than that it was great!

Clean rooms, nice check in and breakfast. The guy at check in was very kind and Iris at breakfast was so kind and kept a clean buffet area. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
