Nothing Everything. We weren't allowed to use our reservation as they didn't accept our bank. I asked when making the appointment and was explicitly told that yea, they DO take it. So we drove over 4 hours for an event we'd paid hundreds for, gas, wear on the car and we had to turn right around and come back home. Will never go to a Best Western if I can help it.

There was nothing unique about this property. It appeared to be unfinished; wires sticking out of the walls, some outlets didn't work, doors weren't sealed and you could see light all the way around them. The free breakfast was minimal; no breakfast meat, waffles. Not recommended.

Property was under development but the staff were polite and helpful and everything looked clean loved the room set up. I would definitely recommend to friends. Only thing I would suggest more breakfast options.

Pillows and bedsheets smells smoke . Water is not hot and showers water pressures reduced very low while taking shower.

Every time I come to this hotel they are doing construction. I think they should just shut down and complete their construction and then reopen

The breakfast bar was the most disappointing aspect of my short stay. I believe if they upgrade/add a couple more option and at least two to three coffee options it could pass as decent. The continued renovation to the hotel is still ongoing, but based on my observations it very nice! The elevator was not working! And perhaps because I was not able to get there earlier my room was on the third floor! Walking those steps was very very difficult the first night. However, one of the front desk worker switch me to the first floor the next day. I wish I had written down his name because his customer service delivery was excellent.

The place was totally run down, had zero food or beverage available for sale outside of the restaurant which I never saw and had no idea if it was open for anything aside from breakfast. Renovations were underway and it was a total mess. Smelled like mold and the shower head which was not moveable was about 4 feet high so I had to wash my hair on my knees. Never again!

I’m not the type of person that like to leave bad reviews but honestly it was my first time ever feeling unsafe in a hotel. The stairs are in the outside and the door of every floor its supposed to be opened with the room card, I saw a random person that you can tell is not staying or staff of the hotel, and just pulled very hard the door and walk in the hotel. As soon as I saw him I got chills. Beside that the fire alarm went off in the next door room. My husband and I weren’t able to rest after making a 9h trip to Charlotte. This was our worst experience ever. Plus they ask for $100 secure deposit. The room was ok, blankets and pillows were a nightmare, not microwave or coffee machine. We asked about the breakfast and the lady in front desk said fro 6am-11am. I went downstairs at 9:30 am and it was closed.

Room was clean, everywhere else dirty, trash on ground, etc. Elevator didn’t work, several of the doors leading outside were very hard to open. I called ahead of time no mention until I arrived there at 10:30pm when it was too late for me to find somewhere else.

I really appreciate everything and I liked the place. Next time I’ll stop by here again. I just ask for a good breakfast with many items as well.
