had to pay an extra 5.50 to park at a hotel i was getting a room at thats the first time ive ever had to pay to park in the parking lot of a hotel i was staying at the beds were very uncomfortable tv programing wasnt good and the bed had a metal thing stucking out just abouve ankle height hidden by blanket on bed which i found by accident when my leg hit it breakfast wasnt much to speak of either i would never stay here again also outdoor pool was empty no water the laundry was on 3rd floor gym was about as small as a small bedroom

The check in process was awful. The front desk clerk didn’t know what he was doing, he had to call management via his cellphone. He tried to charge me twice for the room. Maybe he was new and needed more training. I wasn’t the only one that complained about this.

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great!

I didn’t like that the pool was not open.

I did not use the gym or pool or eat breakfast…..but the room was spotless, tv worked and was quiet (rm 413). But I especially want to point out the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly! I was there 2 nights and everyone was very responsive. I want to point out Dylan who went above and beyond in helping me! Would definitely stay there again!

Our room was serviced 1 day, but all that was done was they provided clean towels. The toiletries were not replenished. Our bed sheets were not changed and the bed was not made. The elevator was also dirty.

Had ants in the room.

Website shows all rooms have tubs — but our room did not have a tub (and my wife dislikes showers). Pool was out of order and unusable. AC was functioning poorly and required augmentation AC units in the breakfast area and on the floors. Breakfast was quite acceptable.

Convenient to our location. Also good food options. I was surprised how outdated the hotel was compared to other Hampton Inn. I have stayed at before. The pool was green. There was no way anyone could swim in it. The night clerk was not at the desks when we arrived and again when we had to go down to get an extra towel. Both times he was in the cafeteria laying down on the couch sleeping. He had a sign that said he was assisting other guest. We literally went into the cafeteria to get him to help us the second time. I would like to say the breakfast. The first day was delicious and the woman serving it was friendly and extremely helpful. The second day was a younger person, the milk was warm and she was not so much. I chose your hotel because of the service and reputation you have always been known for even though you were much higher in cost than some of the others. It wasn’t worth it.

It was conveniently located near where our plans were. We were not informed that the A/C was out, there wasn’t many parking spaces, the pool was not in service in the middle of summer and we had to pay for parking at the hotel which is insane.

The pool wasn’t open on the warmest days of the year. It’s summer time the pool must be open!!!!!!

When I booked, I realize I wasn’t booking a 5 star hotel—my expectations were reasonable. My family and I were traveling for soccer and it was a last minute booking. I only have 2 criteria for a stay for me to be happy—clean and safe. The property is not well maintained—pool was drained for the duration of our trip (with no indication prior to booking), the AC was not working property in the lobby/breakfast area to the point where staff had brought in floor units. The gym consisted of a treadmill and a bike, however there was a massive crack in the wall below the thermostat—probably 2 feet long and wide. The rooms were run down and it is the only hotel I have ever stayed where I woke up concerned about the possibility of bed bugs (thankfully none to be found but it’s that unclean) There were people loitering on the bench outside of the property entrance all hours of our stay. The only highlight was the front desk staff. They were very kind and professional upon check in and check out.

Parking fees, no working pool, air conditioning break down in several areas. Rooms need some update.

I would recommend to anyone.

There was a light that flickered all night through the window. Also there was a charge after my stay I was aware of and have been unable to contact anyone for a receipt
