Old Furniture! Rooms had dirty worn out rugs!

Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster.

The breakfast was horrible. Not much to choose from, burnt sausage patties, eggs left a bad after taste and the orange juice was not orange juice, not sure what it was bud it was nasty. Value for the money was not bad, but need to do something about that breakfast

Poor experience with manager. Booked under my husband's name. He couldn't make it in time so I checked in. Same address on reservation as my ID AND I used my card to pay and had it available. Would not allow me to check in without a $100 CASH deposit. We did get it back after the room was checked. Vending machine did not take cash, pool was not available. Breakfast horrible 1 protein & egg. No yogurts, bottles of milk, or muffins available. Bread and plain bagels only. Person working Saturday evening was very nice. Only 2 towels in room for 5 night stay. I asked for 2 more and told it would be an extra $20. Room above me. I believe was not a guest room.. from 11:30pm to about 1am and from 5am to 730am sounded like people were simply picking up furniture and dropping it on tge floor. I have stated at numerous Choice properties without issue. I would avoid this one if possible.

Not much, but one women was helpful at the counter No cell phone plug ins, the power outlets on the lights are do loss I couldn’t charge my phone. No shampoo in the shower. The breakfast was a joke, not meat the eggs were cold no fruit available.

Nothing Bathroom light was broken, no clean towels for the second day, tv was very dark (couldn’t see it).

I always stay at Sleep Inn in Matthews when I come to North Carolina to visit it's very clean place and a great experience the step is excellent

N/A The first front desk gentleman wss helpful initially during check-in, a mistake was made while booking two days instead of one, I immediately notified (same day). I checked out the very next day and Im still being charged for two days!! Ive emailed, called NO RESPONSE from the property. The "manager" called me a liar! (this guy is of Indian descent and a terrible human who lied by telling me he was the general manager and the regional manager)

Convince to everything Didn't like the fact that the solar machine only had 2 sodas available for purchase.Everything else was sold out for 2 days.There was also a guy in there who had issues that just kept roaming around the halls
