It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the hotel, but everything else was perfectly fine! Welcoming staff, clean property, and as a solo traveler I felt safe. Nice breakfast area, many hot options and great coffee! I didn’t use the gym or pool, but both looked adequate. I’ll be back whenever I need to travel to Charlotte!

Though the hotel is in a high traffic area, we were concerned about the dark areas in the parking lot. Also, our room had an unpleasant odor and mold was present in the bathroom. The fins on the a/c were broken and the floor in the entry way had a sticky film on it. Overall, not a very pleasant experience. The coffee was good and the location of Cracker Barrel was great!
