Good location but a support high traffic area. I could get to the places I needed to within 20 minutes. Room was clean and spacious The room wasn’t ready at 3 but they did provide a voucher for a free beverage and snack which was a nice touch

Property was well maintained with friendly staff. Room was clean and equipped with mini fridge and microwave. Highly recommend!

My room had not been thoroughly cleaned from the people who had been in there before me. I found a partially eaten bag of peanuts in the room. There was a wet washcloth left in the shower, there was no conditioner- just two shampoos. The bathroom counter had not been cleaned. And, the room keys from the previous people in the room were still there. Last, the breakfast was not good. The sausage had been over cooked, and the pancake machine was not working. Not my best stay at a HIE.

The staff is very friendly, the pool is a great temperature, everything is very clean, the breakfast layout exceeded my expectations, No complaints

There was a drunk girl who was peeing in the bushes outside of the hotel. Was not given enough towels for people in the room. Trash was still left in bins and around bathroom. AC may need an update/inspection.

The facility was great! The pool is indoors and the fitness room is good. Breakfast was available. New towels and washcloths were not readily available upon request.
