Clean , big room , friendly all excellent Breakfast must to be better and more things

Very clean. Nice breakfast and the shuttle was super fast and convenient.

Only two complaints. First, the refundable room charge for damage, etc was supposed to come off my credit card within a couple of days. It’s been a week and still shows as pending. Second, charging to park your vehicle at the hotel when you’ve already paid for the room is crazy! This may cause me to reconsider future stays.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Only downside no pool. But they call you a Lyft and pay for it when the shuttle is busy which was so nice!

Nice hotel for a cancelled flight. Very close to airport. Quick check in and fast shuttle. Highly recommend!

It was ok

Teresa would not accept my confirmation emails with proof of payment on Expedia and took a copy of my license and credit card. We were told we would get the copy back to destroy once the system came back up or upon check out. At checkout, the clerk said there were no such copies. Our information is probably floating around who knows where. They also called our room and asked for our last name then hung up without explanation. Then about ten minutes later, they knocked on our door apparently “to see if anyone was in the room”. All of this while we were trying to sleep before a very early flight.

Only stayed one night as our flight to NY was cancelled. The Staff were friendly and the room was good. Breakfast was pretty good also. Was not impressed with the PAID parking and the fact we called several times for an airport shuttle and no one showed up. Got to the hotel and the shuttle bus was parked in front....

Great location our driver in the van was a nice person very pleasant personable both way. Plus, we were able to park our car there which was very nice. You know for an overnight stay before a flight. 200 bucks is a lot of money.

One of the elevators was broken the entire weekend. The toilet in my room made a loud humming noise for one minute straight every time I flushed it. The clock in my room didn’t work. The breakfast staff was slow to replace food and had to be told by management several times, hence running out of food and cold food is a horrible experience.

They gave me a room that I didn't reserve- a handicap room, and it smelled terrible. I went to the front desk and they told me they were sold out for the whole weekend and there was nothing they could do. The wash cloths need to be replaced. They're supposed to be snow white but in stead they were light grey due to long tern use and/or dirtiness.
