Great staff. Luxury hotel

It worked out perfectly for what I needed.

Customer Service was very nice and respectful

Parking was ok.

The bathtub was leaking water all night long. The sink was plugged and wouldn’t drain.

We were only there for 5 hours to sleep before our next flight. There was no time and no real attention paid to anything. Bed was clean and comfortable which was exactly what we wanted and needed.

I thought the breakfast was adequate but a little sparse in some respects,

Good for overnight stays, will stay again if needed.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and its proximity to the airport makes it an ideal choice should your flight be canceled and you require a shower and a brief rest.

Staff was super friendly. Inside is a little dated but had an overall good experience. Breakfast was a little anemic but I had a solid price on stay so overall, i would stay there again. Another big benefit was, less than 2 miles from long term parking.

Clean Quiet for being close to airport Would stay again because being off Little Rock Rd. View. Breakfast was OK! I got in late so I woke up later than normal!! Bed was awesome!!! Helped to sleep in a little!! Breakfast over at 9:00 Get down before then!! I give the property a 9 out of 10 overall. Would suggest to any of my associates to stay there if flying in late to CLT.

Hotel is old and worn, staff seems to do what they can but the lobby smelled of cleaning chemicals and the room had a moldy odor. The carpet and furniture in the room were worn and dirty. The free breakfast was poor at best, very limited. Shuttle service to the airport was great, driver was fantastic. Area is very questionable if you want to walk to the grocery store. Between 3am and 5am about 12 people decided to have a full blown party outside our room with loud talking and music, I guess the staff thinks this is ok.

The staff was great. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. However, there was a roach in my room and no drain stopper in the bathtub. I wasn’t a happy camper.

Room was nice and clean. Close proximity to the airport.

The experience was great & the front desk staff was so nice & helpful.

The furniture was old, grainy and not kept up or cleaned well. The exit door latch bar by the stairs was not secured to the door and smashed my finger in between due to it being so loose. There were empty baggies of what appeared to previously contain marijuana in the stairwells and hallways. The hotel did not meet expectations and was not worth the $245 for one night. This is a motel and should cost $100 per night. I would not recommend this to anyone I know, and I will never stay there again. Absolutely disgusting.
