I was allocated the room I wanted (prior request). Nothing - the hotel could make clearer where to meet the shuttle on arrival at CLT maybe.

Excelent location for an early flight. Their shuttle is available 24/7. Decent breakfast. Can't be helped because of the proximity of the airport, but it was quite noisy

Front desk personnel were very professional and accommodating. Provided guidance for dining in the area and where to find necessities. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen could have had a cooktop to benefit the setup. Only means to cook good was a microwave.

Great service. A very clean and well kept property for a airport hotel. Will stay again in the future.
