Holiday Inn Charlotte Airport by IHG

Sabra at the front desk exceeded all expectations! Nothing. Despite the hotel being directly in the flight path, I slept so good.

The location of the motel to the concert venue It took an hour for them to check us in and we almost missed the show. They tried saying we didn't have reservations then they found them then they tried double charging me for the night.. the whole thing was a mess and the manager got an attitude when I was very nicely trying to say hey we got here at 2:30pm n now it almost 4 and we got to be in the concert at 5. Also I don't think they should charge people for parking unless they are using the airport . And last but not least after I left they tried adding these other random charges for different amounts. Also the sheets had what happened to be mold on them

Room was very clean, the bed and bedding were both very comfortable and the water in the shower was great. Not that it was a big deal, but I was surprised to find that parking was an extra manual charge that you had to scan a QR code to pay for. I just assumed it would have been added to my overall bill.

Sabra was so kind & accommodating with checking us in a little early . Nothing negative

This property needs new ownership. The room was dirty. There were stains on the carpet. I stayed there for an hour and left. I would not recommend this property to someone with a family.

Our room was terrific: spacious, clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The staff were all helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. However, we had 2 issues: there was a strong sewer-like smell coming from the bathroom sink, and although it dissipated after a while, it never quite disappeared. Also, the living room air conditioner made a constant loud whining noise until we finally had to turn it off. We didn't want to call downstairs about either of those issues because we needed to go to sleep very early and so couldn't wait for someone to fix it.

Market place is way overpriced and items are stale and or old (not quite expired, but definitely not fresh).

Comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Especially Luis in the restaurant. Wifi was unreliable. Important for me since I’m working. Also a slight sewage smell in two locations . Restaurant prices were very high

The front desk was very helpful and understanding. the transportation to and from the airport was friendly and on time. I only stayed a few hours but it was a verey nice stay. I wish I had more time to stay at the hotel to use the complementary vouchers that were given. I didnt have enough time there to really grade the service.
