Most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. Dirty nasty carpet, spider webs, old broken tattered furniture. Staff not friendly or helpful. Three people were at the desk when I came in and it took them minutes to acknowledge me. Would not even give me a plastic fork because "the kitchen was closed". Room smelled stale, TV remote would not adjust the volume. I bought Mr Clean and Lysol wipes to clean the bathroom and shower shoes for the tub because I didn't want to put my feet in the tub. The space where the refrigerator was, was dirty on the bottom. The fridge was full of ice (needed defrosting). I don't care about the outside but the parking lot was in poor condition. No bar as described in the write up. Building was not secure as the front door was accessible anytime of the night without a key. No help with getting a receipt because I booked thru a third party. I don't understand why they are even allowed to operate since it is so nasty. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Room was fine, not the best but not the worse. Room was decently clean, after stripping the bed noticed some stains. The staff were accommodating once arriving but one staff member in particular was not pleasant and rude

Pool NOT open! Room had liquor top from previous guests still in room! Breakfast consisted of bagels (ONLY ONE KIND TO CHOOSE FROM) and dry cereal. THATS IT FOR BREAKFAST!! Parking lot had TONS of potholes!! My husband asked if they needed them fixed and the front desk man looked at him and said NO! When we came back down they had patched the one hole at the entrance and left the remaining of the parking lot with holes!!! We stayed a total of 6 days!! I only chose this hotel in hopes of using the pool in such HOT weather…. Just to arrive and pool was never opened and they had no date/time frame of opening!!!

Check in was quick. The pictures don’t match what you will find in person. There is no restaurant on site. The business center desk is blocked by the breakfast area tables. The walls have holes. The room phone did not work. The pool is closed. The outdoor patio is closed. The breakfast was disappointing. They limit the food they put out which I understand waste. However, no one was paying attention to when it needed to be filled. I out the empty milk jug on top of the trashcan so they could see from the front desk it needed to be replaced. For 15 mins, four employees were hanging and conversation and never once checked the breakfast food area. Best thing about the place was the bed was comfortable.

Outside look ok,inside is terrible,room are old and barely keep minimum maintenance. Carpet in room and specialy on the first floor corridor smell like an old hospital. The lift and the hallways always smell with a awful smell of all king of smoke.Bathroom is old,toilette cover was dirty. The worse hotel breakfast ever had. Finally, the staff at least was coordial.Would not recommende this hotel.

This hotel definitely needs a renovation looks broken down old it served this purpose but will never stay there again and when coming from the heat into a hotel you would expect that it would be nice and cool before you go to your room and this place was an oven I understand you're trying to save on energy or their cost but this is the same way you can deter people from coming to your hotel we never stay here again.

Don't come early, even 30 mins prior you will be turned away to wait. Even so, that's not what earned this hotel a 2 star. They earned a two star for the lack of care of the building and some room components. The elevators were dirty with sticky floors, looked like soda. When walking by trash cans in the hall the smell was that of rotting food. Going into the vending area was even worse. The rooms were well groomed, specifically the bed. However, the TV was dated and super slow loading channels. The sink in the vanity was misaligned and had a hole gaping to one side for items to fall in. When we went to change the temperature of the room we noticed the thermostat on the wall was not functioning, no big deal but I ended up having to use the functions on the a/c unit itself to change settings. Towels in the bathroom were extremely small and rough, they did provide shampoo and soaps which weren't too bad though. I hope this helps people make decisions. You get what you pay for 😉.

Nothing Pool not open asked for handicap room I got a tub with only a handle on the back side of tub

The room was dirty and they had bed bugs. Don’t recommend this stay.

This is a really run down property. Upholstery and carpet stained. Things broken. My TV remote did not work and my phone line was dead. Phone line in hallway was dead. Had to go to front desk to report and maintenance never showed up. Breakfast was cold. Really disappointing stay. They did give me an hour later checkout after complaining though.

Great Breakfast! Room was very cleaned and kept. Stayed one night.

Everything it was absolutely amazing. Nothing at all.

Location The staff was rude and the room was dirty. Housekeeping opened the room without notice and didn’t even apologize.

The list of issues was extensive: Sanitation & Drainage: The bathtub had severe water clogging issues. Every time I showered, the water pooled at my ankles within seconds, creating a gross and unsanitary environment. Persistent Odors: There was an overwhelming smell of weed and cigarette smoke throughout the entire hotel and inside the room. It was impossible to escape the stench, making the room feel unclean and uncomfortable the entire time. False Advertising: The hotel explicitly advertised breakfast starting at 6:00 AM. However, on both mornings, there was absolutely nothing available at that time. It felt like a bait-and-switch. Broken Amenities: The TV remote was completely non-functional. I had to manually click the buttons on the TV nearly 100 times just to get it to turn on and change channels, which was a ridiculous waste of time. This stay was far below the standard I expected. I am very frustrated by the lack of cleanliness and the failure to provide the basic services they promised. I will not be returning, and I suggest you save your money and book a different hotel.
