Downside is that it is right by the interstate and you can hear the highway noise. The parking lot is a bit small, as well. Overall, a good place to stay.

The front desk person who checked us in was great! He was very informative of the area and gave great suggestions.

The breakfast ok, the sausage was overcooked The room smelled and the bed was uncomfortable

Breakfast is standard. Rooms and property were clean. Still close to the heart of Chattanooga and interstate 24. Price was decent too

Location was fine and seemed secure. Our main bed was comfortable We had to get sheets for the pull out couch. It was also very uncomfortable. The AC control panel lid was broken off, and found a earwig in our bathroom. If you want breakfast make sure to get there early. When they say it’s done at 9 they mean it. They started shutting machines off just before 9 and all was shut down and cleaned out by 9:05. Didn’t matter if you were walking to grab a last sip of juice they just turned it off.

Clogged sink. Candy wrappers, and candy, plus toenail clippings on floor. Room smelled and sheet smelled like cigarettes.

So glad I stayed at Comfort Inn. Staff were fantastic and friendly, room was divine and the sunset view and bathroom refreshingly good.

Staff friendly

Affordable and well located with convenient parking The breakfast that we paid for in our inclusive price was only served until 9am. This court is by surprise as tourists we aren’t in any hurry to race to breakfast. This finish time is not only highly unusual but unacceptable.

The lady at the front desk was nice. I didn’t interact with other staff, so can’t say more about staff. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was overpowered by air freshener, which made it hard to breathe and sleep. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was an open bar of hand soap. The rug by the front door had a large section totally worn away from the door. This is the 2nd time I stayed at a Comfort Inn where there is no body wash - it’s odd they have shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion but no body wash.

Rooms were clean, but the hot tub is not a public hot tub you have to rent the room that it is in to use it other than that it was a good stay
-
Breakfast was okay No liquid soap, AC was very loud, bug in the room, TV was low definition, the room smelled faul odor. No light near the door. Hair dryer was super low. Ammenities were older.

Location related to my work. I wish there was more parking space.

The room was clean but one member of the staff was completely rude. I think his name was Daryl. The bathroom by the dining area was locked. Daryl was lounging back in the lobby chair and was asked to unlock the bathroom door by the clerk. He rolled his eyes and made me feel like it was my fault and I was putting him out. Then he proceeded to stare me down and made me feel uncomfortable. When you pay $140 a night for a par experience why should the customer be made to feel like I am inconvenient? I recommend going to a different hotel.

There were roaches in our room.
-
Room was very clean. Breakfast eggs were hard and b potatoes were cold. Why no recycling bins?

When we arrived, we checked the beds and found multiple hairs on the blankets that appeared to be pubic hair, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been properly changed. We also found a large stain on the mattress pad. The cleanliness issues continued throughout the property. The bathroom vent was covered in rust and looked poorly maintained, and the smell in the stairwell was unpleasant. We were also surprised to hear a dog whining across the hall shortly after check-in despite understanding that pets were not permitted on the second floor. The worst part happened as we were leaving—when the elevator opened, a cockroach ran out. Between the cleanliness concerns and seeing a cockroach, this stay did not feel worth the price paid. We understand hotels experience occasional maintenance issues, but clean bedding and pest control should be basic expectations. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
