The room was dirty n it was bugs n cover was dirty

i arrived for check in and left almost immediately. the hotel is filthy, there was an item blocking the back door so that people could come and go, there were people loitering in the parking lot sitting on the ground behind a broken down RV. it was a horrible experience. the room appeared to be dirty. worst place i have ever seen.

I only need a bed for the night and this place sufficed but I can’t say the floor of the my room was clean and I did notice at least one small roach in the bathroom. Otherwise, this motel had really easy access to Ruby Falls.

bugs in the rooms and cigarette holes in the sheets walked out immediately, tried to get a refund but booking was unable to get in contact due to phone being in use the entire time

Room was crap couch was Nauman nasty wouldn't let my dog sleep on it if I had one. Shower was a prison shower..

The location was convenient to downtown. We stayed one night,and now we now why Motel 6 leaves the light on for you- our room had a roach infestation. No refrigerator, no microwave. Very disappointed.

Nothing I’m still waiting on my refund never got my room paid for it on line but motel 6 downtown Chattanooga Tennessee on Williams st had nothing of my booking but still took my money I won’t my refund

Horrible stay. Homeless walking in and out. Random shirtless people knocking on your door at night. Unsafe and unclean. Also Expedia could care less about there customers experience. Don't book with expedia

Nothing Everything

Super sketch. Late night stop during a long road trip. Several people obviously high on something. I think the front desk clerk and I were the only sober people there. Didn't feel safe.

The price was the only thing good. But I would rather spend more than to have a better place. There was so much homeless people around there. Hanging at the front door where you walk in. Not a very good look. The room had no microwave or fridge. Wish I could have seen that on there i would have not booked. There was no latch on the door to double lock it was broken. The staff was very nice but this place needs a major update. I did not take pictures because I tried to stay gone only come back to just sleep and get out.

I could not bring my bike in room & even though it was locked up, in front of a camera my bike was still stolen & they are not reasonable for it & now I have no bike.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Checked out as soon as we saw our rooms (did not offer new rooms)and have refused to fill out paperwork through Expedia to get our money back. Many rooms had broken out windows, many covered with bed sheets, cigarette burns in bedding, water leak in bathroom from ceiling onto floor, large holes in walls covered with masking tape, smoke alarm missing cover, plus we felt very unsafe in neighborhood. Have reached out numerous times for refund and last time manager finally answered and he purposely hung up the phone on me and stated the email they had previously given Expedia was wrong and would not give new one; although, Expedia finally reached them and gave the same email I had. Still no response from them on getting money back.

Everything about this property from check in to check out I could not fault. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to, providing options for things to do places to eat etc. The room was clean, had everything needed for the stay, bed was super comfortable and parking was simple and close. More then value for money and super close to everything. Nothing was disapointing during our stay.

Suspicious people gathering in parking lot. Whole place smelled like smoke probably due to the multiple cigarette burns in the bedding. Towels were dirty and crusty and then there was the cockroach in the bathroom. Staff told us to contact Travelocity for a refund, but then didn't answer the phone when Travelocity tried to contact them. We went elsewhere. Didn't get a refund, but that's better than getting a disease or getting our car broken into.

The location was good for our destinations The room was filthy. The other patrons were loud and unruly. The ice machine was broken. There were no typical amenities like room coffee makers or hair dryers.
