Not clean, paint was peeling off the walls, bath room not clean, sheets with stains
-
First room was not cleaned the bed was slept in and old food left on the desk. Went to the desk and asked to be put in another room. This room The beds were made however the walls were disgustingly dirty the bathtub was dirty. The bed sheets had a yellow stain on the side. The lamp bases where you had to touch to turn the lamp on and off we're sticky nasty brown.

Mi niño se cortó con un vidrio de botella partido y me toco llevarlo a comprarle medicina

Sheets dirty, it smells like garbage. Don’t open the frig! Smells awful.

Unfortunately, we left and got another hotel. There needs to be many updates/remodeling to be done. Elevator was broken, a/c was set to 61 and high and was still very warm in the room. The beds were stained, as well as linens with holes and burn marks on them. The bathroom was mildewy. The staff were very nice, but the property itself was very poor.

The lady that checked me in was very polite and happy The paint coming off the ceiling the tv didn’t work. Had the “hot tub “. Wasn’t nothing but a bathtub and the controls were across the room. Breakfast the next morning was a joke. Frozen hostess apple danish or apple granola bar. And that was all. No juice coffee nothing else. Would not recommend or stay here again

Nothing at all. First room smelt of urine, second of smoke. The floor was sticky in both rooms. Outlets didn’t work in either room. Stains on pillows first rooms bed had dirt under the covers and spills on walls that could be cleaned. People hanging out outside and in hallways inside the building as well. Didn’t feel safe as men and people hanging out in or around the building. Elevator didn’t work, had to use stairs.

Elevator was broken, towels had hair on them, floor didn't look vacuumed.
-
It was clean, but a little run down. The people are very nice. The elevator didn’t work but I don’t mind the stairs. The continental breakfast was coffee and some wrapped granola bars, donuts, and pastries you’d get from a vending machine. No juice or fruit. It was reasonably priced and walking distance to my destination.
-
It was cheap It smelled like beans and there was stains everywhere
-
The room smelled of urine so bad and my family was unconfortable cuz everywhere was durty of hair, dust but especially the bad smells the room had.
-
At least a roof over your head, water and electricity but it is what it is for the price. Mold in the hallway, elevator is broken for quite sometime, mold starting to come up around the fire sprinklers in 113. Have more pics to show...

Staff was nice. We got the room with the jetted tub. The building itself was decently clean but very run down. The bedding and tub was clean but other than that the whole room was dirty and looked as if it is never cleaned. Some of the walls were covered in sticky dust. Floors desperately needed to be swept and vacuumed and surfaces weren’t wiped off, there were old drink rings still on the bedside table and it was brown when I wiped it down. I honestly felt a little gross staying here, but ultimately we were only in the room for about 12 hrs, and it took care of our basic needs. There was also a large group of loud folks hanging out behind the hotel at a really late hour and I felt nervous keeping my car parked in the area. I guess you get what you pay for.

Trap house!!! Mold on interior and exterior walls of entire first floor clearly visible, hair in bed, moldy foul smell, peeling floor tiles curled up off of floor, parking and exterior of building littered with glass beer bottles and trash, sleeping vagrants in parking areas. Rear “secure access” door is non functional appears to have been busted in with a bat for years which allows entry to the all guest floors through the stair entry. Interior rooms with no functional elevator. Secretion fluids from the male sex organ shot onto night stand running down side and dried to the surface for some time with no attempt to clean. All walls and ceilings are scratched, missing paint, have chipping paint and missing areas of plaster. Dripping and splatter sauces etc. on furniture and walls just an overall feeling of no attempted cleaning of rooms in quite some time.

Tried to cancel my reservation because I became ill. No offer to either change or cancel. Hope you feel good about getting the $80 for no stay. I’ll never use hotels.com again.
-
Staff was great. Rooms were not...You get what you pay for, but time for the hotel to invest in the interior of the hotel.
-
I didn’t feel safe there, I went to get food and when I got back there was an issue and 6-8 police cars were at the hotel. Then when I left because I wasn’t going to stay there anymore they didn’t offer any solutions

Better breakfast
