The guy at check in was very polite and friendly It was very nice

Very convenient on/off location to major roadways. Close to attractions/activities. Adequate green areas for pet. Convenient to two fast food restaurants. Breakfast choices met expectations, fresh make your own waffles, cereal selection, yogurt, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Common areas were clean and well kept. Updated furniture. Pet friendly room could use some updating, maintenance.

The beds were a little firmer than I prefer, but I know mattress comfort is very subjective. The shower pressure was also fairly low. I understand that may be intended to help conserve water, but I personally prefer a stronger flow. I also wish the pool opened earlier than 12 PM. We arrived late at night, and it would have been nice to let my children enjoy a quick swim the following morning before we had to check out and continue our trip. My main concern was the cleanliness of the areas that are not immediately noticeable. Aside from that, the staff was wonderful, our stay was enjoyable, and I would stay here again.

The room definitely reeked of cat piss, the couch was stained beyond belief and smelled to high heaven. It worked for what I needed it for (we drove from Disney back to WI and decided chattenooga was a good spot to stop. The lady at the desk was nice and helpful but the property is below average

It wasn’t in the middle of a busy town! Needs updated in the rooms but still a nice hotel for cheap!

Great location to lookout mountain which was so worth seeing! First room toilet was broke. Second room the microwave didnt work.

We had three kids an two adults with a dog. It was a clean room and we loved the pool and absolutely loved the breakfast. We will def. Stay there again. Very great staff also.
