Comfort Inn & Suites Chattanooga West - Lookout Mountain

The room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, hot and plentiful! Only complaint would be the musty smoking-ish smell in the hallway and our room. It wasn't too bad, we'd definitely stay again.

When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price.

Everything was nice and clean and all the people that worked there were nice to us and the swimming pool was my grandson's favorite part Nothing.

The room was very musty smelling and the dog down the hall barked off and on all night.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Pool was also nice. The washer and dryer was not great. I wish they had a way to get change for the machines in the facility. The employees were nice and helpful.

The room was run down, the towels had holes in them. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again if I could help it but in a pinch, it’ll do.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was lumpy. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Coffee was great!

I didn’t even get to stay here! I booked and showed up after a 13 hr drive and was informed by the desk clerk (who looked annoyed I was even there) that she had cancelled my room and given it to someone else. She claimed she had no contact info from hotels.com but I spoke with someone from Expedia and they said that was simply not true. Regardless, we stayed somewhere else and it was for the better. Place looked filthy when we walked in and did not smell great.

Plenty of towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Bed was comfy. The only thing we did not like is the clerk that checked us in was rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. Everyone else was very polite and helpful.
