Staff were friendly and thorough! Place is dog friendly and so was staff! Comfy beds and quiet and great breakfast!

Bed was very uncomfortable

The hotel staff was amazing and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was wonderful a lot of different choices! The pool was a bit cold for me but my son toughed it out and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was dirty. The room was dirty and one of the bath room lights was broken. It kept flashing on and off. The parking was terrible. Never again!
-
The room smelled of pee and super damp/wet feeling while we tried sleeping. The hotel seemed dirty and the mattress on the pullout bed was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was okay…eggs hard, bacon was good, they ran out of coffee. The real kicker was that we didn’t even have a working toilet!! I informed the front desk thinking they might refund a little from my bill, but nothing. I would not recommend. The staff was not overall friendly either. Skip this hotel!!

Fast check in and clean room.

Breakfast was excellent. Sausage, bacon, and omelets with a waffle maker. Pool was smaller. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Needs some cosmetic work and maintenance. Our shower was broken at the top.
-
All good. Well located to tourist sites.
-
Close to the mountain excursions. Breakfast was good.
-
Dirty room, nasty breakfast.
-
If your room is on an upper floor facing the interstate, the road noise may bother you. Small indoor pool, sits directly behind an older motel. Nothing within walking distance except a gas station and McDonalds.
-
Location is near by sites. House keeping was good. Parking lot is not organized. Breakfast service was so poor. Few options. Very crowded and if don’t finish by 9:00 AM they will tell you personally to leave breakfast area even you are taking food that time.

Good breakfast and clean place
-
Breakfast was extremely busy and many things empty around 8 am - no seating available along with no food so we left to go elsewhere for breakfast for comfort as more people were filing in. Staff was wonderful and no issues with anything else at all.

The rooms feel outdated but were clean. The beds were pretty hard. We got fresh towels etc upon request. I felt the area was safe. The pool is small and the kids said the chlorine was pretty strong. Breakfast was okay. Sunday morning the breakfast area was so crowded we could barely get in. Overall not to bad. We stayed 4 days.

Biggest problem- Poison Ivy on the parking lot islands. It’s growing between the landscaping rocks. I overheard another guest in the lot trying to pull her dog away from it and was shocked when I walked around to the front of my car and saw just how spread out it was. The room itself was updated, very clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was nice. The man at the desk was nice when I checked in and out. The shower seriously lacked pressure which may have to do with its mountain location but is still a challenge for those of us with long or thick hair. Hotel was clearly at capacity or very nearly and breakfast had a hard time keeping up with that. They were out of a lot but it was also all over the counters and there were only a few tables. Parking lot was very packed as it was shared with the hotel next to us and its odd layout and shape and lack of adequate lighting made parking in certain spots a challenge. It was fine for 1 night but we won’t be back.

When arriving we were greeted by a pothole the size of my car in the parking lot. When entering the room the toilet was running nonstop. We were told it was working and could be fixed the next day. Had to wait 15 min for it to fill back up after each flush. There weren’t batteries in the smoke detector but they did replace them. The phone didn’t work. We also found a heap of nail clippings by the sofa. Not the best stay.

I likely will never use Expedia again.
