Location was good and so was the price. No breakfast. The coffee was bad and so was the juice.

Great location. Wish had time to visit National Parks.

I needed to stay close to I24, so this location was great. Had eating a fueling options nearby, so that was a plus. It's also close to downtown Chattanooga if you fancy a visit. The facilities themselves are straightforward: bed, TV, mini fridge, microwave, A/C, private shower and bathroom. More than enough if you're on the road, like I was. There's no breakfast available apart from juice and coffee. I had my own supplies, so it wasn't an issue and a McDonald's was just next to the property. But the hotel itself didn't provide much in terms of breakfast. Entrance door to room 206 had a hard time to shut. Walls are thin enough that if your neighbor is loud, you'll definitely listen. Finally, more towels for guests would also be appreciated.

I didn’t like anything about this property This place has good reviews but I don’t think any of them are trustworthy. Everything is very old, stained sheets and very cheap linen and pillows. Omg the pillows I can’t even begin (HORRIBLE).Metal bottom frame every turn you hear the metal noise. We had two rooms and in one of them we killed a cockroach in the bathroom and the response was “do you want me to come and sweep it “I am so mad i didn’t take more pictures

Room was nice Marijuana was coming through air vents and under our door. I asked to change rooms. We are highly allergic to smoke. Was advertised as a non smoking facility.

Exceptional
-
It was clean, close to the highway, the beds were comfortable. The pool was closed and looks like it had been for a long time, there was no continental breakfast.

The front end manager was rude.
-
The location of the property was great, it was close to Lookout Mountain. The front end manager was rude.
-
Lost for words how they can charge $60 for a room here. The room stank of dampness, the noise from the McDonalds drive through was hideous, the receptionist was a rude twat of a man. No complimentary hydration offered, shampoo was like water and did I mention the place stank, Jesus Christ it stank.
-
It was conveniently located. Not much around it.
-
Things were clean and everything worked. No complaints.
