Studio 6 Suites Chattanooga, TN - Lookout Mtn.

Staff was awsome plus they allowed me to to do a check in really early due to i was tired from the ride.

I liked the location as it is directly off of the interstate and close to the gas station. I did have to go in to town to find dining options, but that was ok. The sheets were dingy and there were actually spots of dirt on them. The advertisement that I used to select the booking showed free complimentary breakfast but there was none. When I went to make coffee with the in room coffee maker and supplies, there was dust and dirt in the Styrofoam cups. The mattresses were very thin and as soon as you lay down you are feeling the metal bed frame. There is no box spring, just the mattress. There was no water pressure in the shower and we weren't provided enough towels. There was water damage in the room and I feel that there may be mold as I am allergic and was having issues during my stay.

It appears that a downpour rain flooded the room just prior to my arrival. I noticed the floor looked damp or wet so I moped with a towel and it came up wet and dirty. Later I noticed the ceiling had water damage. It worked for the night I just wish….

Not much When I booked it was supposed to be a smoking room when we arrived there suddenly it was non smoking but it still smelled like smoke just picked up 2 new puppies no outlet covers on electrical outlets handle on sink was broken safety latch on the door was broken coffee maker leaked

The staff rude tried cancelling one hour before arriving. Said can't honor rate my problem for booking through third party. Room absolutely disgusting.

Being a studio 6 my expectation that it was better maintained, this was basically a typical motel 6 nothing different but the sign

We did not stay .....checked out early and requested a refund. The room was not accessible to my spouse who relies on his scooper to get around. Room was to small....no shower bars in shower....the bed was to high to get in for my disabled husband.....sheets had stains on them...dead cockroaches in the corner on the floor by the air condition....the front of it was about to come apart.....couch was old and dirty not in good condition The things I named in the previous question
