Not much When I booked it was supposed to be a smoking room when we arrived there suddenly it was non smoking but it still smelled like smoke just picked up 2 new puppies no outlet covers on electrical outlets handle on sink was broken safety latch on the door was broken coffee maker leaked

The staff rude tried cancelling one hour before arriving. Said can't honor rate my problem for booking through third party. Room absolutely disgusting.

Being a studio 6 my expectation that it was better maintained, this was basically a typical motel 6 nothing different but the sign

Okay. Not great for long stay

We did not stay .....checked out early and requested a refund. The room was not accessible to my spouse who relies on his scooper to get around. Room was to small....no shower bars in shower....the bed was to high to get in for my disabled husband.....sheets had stains on them...dead cockroaches in the corner on the floor by the air condition....the front of it was about to come apart.....couch was old and dirty not in good condition The things I named in the previous question

This was not a very good experience. It was dumpy and gross. The room smelled, the pillow cases were not white. One pillow was missing a pillow case. The sink had a old green bean in it. The wall in the bathroom had brown goo all over it. The mini fridge had brown goo in the freezer area. The ironing board was stained. I only stayed here because it was the least expensive option on my road trip. Couldn't get out of there quick enough! Front desk guy was nice. Ill give him that!

The location made it easy to get around the city, and parking was simple. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return on my next trip through Chattanooga.

LOTS of noise, difficult to sleep- right next door to a truck stop not immediately obvious. EARLY loud semi-departures, like 5AM onward wake-up. Also a noisy AC/air handler AND the smoke detector was covered in plastic wrap a DEFINITE safety hazard.
