Very clean. Nothing.

Easy to find Dirty bathroom. No one answering at front desk via phone or in person. Nice when she did. Broken Items in room. Tv remote… bathroom door wouldn’t close. Shower took a sledge hammer to turn on …. Then could not turn it off completely. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for what I got.

Everything! Beautiful home in the perfect location. Chase and April were excellent host. There was nothing to dislike about the property

Clean and comfortable Shower dispensers were empty of body wash and shampoo.

Wasn’t able to experience it. It closed at 9 a.m. Water pressure was horrible! Barely had enough water to wash on soap. Couldn’t wash hair! Husband and I always shower together. There was NO Pressure to stay warm enough. Very unhappy with that! Also, the heat was needed temporarily and it about smoked us out of the room! The smoke alarm kept going off. Then, it beeped every 3 seconds.

Bed and linens were extremely comfortable , breakfast was good Our door was hard to get to work, took like 5 times for the card to work. And that was every time we tried getting in.

Location, cleanliness Bed was not very comfortable

Loud unit in hall right near our door. Refrigerator dripped due to large ice block and was told the next day, sorry, we will get it tomorrow after you leave.

There was an outlet sticking out of the wall, texted the number that messaged me for any services needed and nothing got done. Bathtub was clogged and backed up with someone else’s hair

Comfortable bed Shower had no water pressure

Loved the location near Ruby falls and Tennessee aquarium. The people at the hotel were really great and nice. We went for our anniversary and we were told it was the nicest hotel near Ruby falls. At breakfast at the hotel the scrambled eggs were not done and there was a bunch of water in them. And the sausage was not cooked thoroughly either. The rest of the breakfast was fine they just didn't have any name brand cream cheese or anything named brand. People want Philadelphia cream cheese when they stay at the hotel.
