Staff at reception was very helpful and friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable, for a budget hotel this was ok could do with a bit of a overhaul as was looking a bit tired

The floor was dirty. Our feet was black. You put a towel on the floor. It turned black as well. There was mold and the ceiling had water damage from the room above. The mini fridge and microwave was filthy. The blow dryer didn't work. Amd we paid for queen beds. They were full size beds. Bugs in our room. For breakfast. One cereal was stale. Overall it was terrible.

The hotel and location are good, the room was organized but not clean. The bathtub was dirty and the bathroom trash can was full of papers. The employee in the reception says that they have problem at that moment with the cleaning personnel.

Room was decent but the floors were filthy and we didn't know until kids were walking around without shoes and socks and the bottoms of their feet were completely black. Faucet on tub had a slow leak but everything worked as it should. Front desk was courteous and helpful with recommendations. Beds were comfortable.

As someone traveling through it was great. Easy on and off I-24 location. Checked in after midnight and front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and a place to sleep, nothing fancy.
