Great stay. We liked the pool

Very nice property

Lots of restaurants around the property. Rooms had plenty of space. Staff was nice

Breakfast was offered but at a cost of $20/person. There were two options for parking: Valet/covered parking $25/day and uncovered parking across the street $15/day.

We had an excellent stay. We had a really good time. Clean room with great customer service and room service. The mandatory valet parking service was a little bit much for a 3 day 2 night stay, but we got use to it. Overall outstanding experience.

Miss Jalesia (I hope I'm getting her name right) was SOOOOO freaking nice to us! Great smile, great personality, great sense of humor & incredibly helpful. She definitely needs to stay with Holiday Inn for a while. A delight to work with!

Valet only parking..

Bad view, but room was fine otherwise. There wasn't always someone at the front desk.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and thankfully were able to accommodate my early check in, which kind of saved my weekend after a long red-eye flight. The room itself, while nothing fancy, was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfy. I tend to not sleep well in hotels because the pillows are either too firm or too squishy, but honestly the pillows were pretty perfect. The location is pretty convenient as well. I doubt I'll be back to Chattanooga, but if YOU'RE going, don't hesitate to stay here. Definitely a good value.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Do NOT eat the breakfast! It was the worst breakfast I've ever try eat at a hotel...don't waste your money.

It was close to several tourist attractions. Only garage parking. Had to pay for every parking.

Great way to travel thank you

Most things at this hotel were just as expected. Nothing fantastic, nothing horrible. The best thing about the hotel was that the room was quiet. No electronic buzzing, and nice thick walls. The location is convenient if you want to park and not drive during your stay.

The location was great The AC vent lines were condensing over the breakfast area and dripping on the tables/food. The Valet staff were incredibly rude!

The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is kind and smiling. They came to clean the room every day. And the location is excellent. I didn't like the breakfast. No vegetables at all, bread not fresh, no normal coffee, in short, there is a lot to improve. We ate there the first day and didn't go the rest of the days.

Within walking distance of everything downtown which was ideal for our weekend getaway Everything was great

The room was okay. Beds comfortable, but the bathroom had seen better days with peeling wallpaper and lots of wear.

Parking was 2 different prices depending which QR code you scanned on the lot next to the hotel. Downtown was very safe and clean. Very surprising and impressive.
