This hotel is in a very convenient location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! However, the hotel could use some updates. The furniture in the lobby and the sofa in our room was a bit worn and could be replaced. Also, the shower door kept opening as we showered. Overall, it was was a nice stay and we would stay there again based off our experience with the staff alone because they were just that AMAZING!

I had a great stay Alexis at the front desk was very courteous however I left an important item in the room. I didn’t realize it until I made it back home. I called the hotel for hours the same day and about eight hours later Aaron at the front desk answer my call. He’s extremely rude. He had no empathy about me leaving my item and just stated to call back the next day very unprofessional. I will be reporting him.

The hotel was clean and so convenient to down there own we were able to walk to most places. Also has valet which was amazing!

The staff was friendly and very professional.Also the room was clean and neat. The only negative was they didn't have a smart but it was a very convenient location surrounded by restaurants and shops.
