The main restaurant was lovely. We went up to the rooftop bar and it was a mess. Dirty tables, dirty dishes, and my drink came out in a sticky glass. Not acceptable. The bar was beautiful and with more staff, it would be awesome. Front desk people kept disappearing and several people had to wait until someone showed up. Property was nice, clean, and in a great location. Room was a bit small, but very comfortable.

The staff were all amazing, and the restaurant is good (Whitebird). The area upstairs is super cool and artsy, and the bar up there is nice. If the price is right, then it's a good plan, but it's a 4 star, not a 5.
