Great soft hot water for shower. Towels are a little small. But overall satisfactory. Elevator was great. Room AC worked fine. Close to Casino.

It seems to cater to the casino attendees - however, that was not our intended destination. As we go to Cherokee often, I will be looking at other hotels in the future.

The room smelled clean as soon as you walked in. And the bed was comfy, a/c worked and kept the room cool and it was a very hot July day. Large shower with glass doors so it was a roomy bathroom. The shuttle arrived on time both to take us to the casino and pick us back up. Checkout was hassle free.

I didn’t make a maintenance request because I didn’t know of the issue exactly. And without notice or warning at 8:30 am and banging aggressive knock at the door. Before I could even get to, the door was opening and caught by the latch. He was coming in. Claimed my room was on his list to “fix” at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning! He apologized and left with no explanation as to why he was there in the first place. Sleep was ruined by both of these. Disappointed to say the least.

Friendly and welcoming staff. We just wish we had a nice view,instead of a tiny hill that is so close to our window. But all and all it was nice and clean.
