Cherokee Grand Hotel

The Hotel Was very nice and clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel was pleasant enough. I would stay there again.

The room was clean and the amenities were on target. The mattress was a whole different matter. It was hard as a rock. I like a firm bed but it was beyond firm.

Both rooms smelled moldy and unclean. One room had a backed up sink when we tried to use it, then the toilet never shut off and flooded the room. There were stains on both ceilings from leaks that appeared moldy. Didn’t eat here based on concerns about cleanliness.

We stayed for two nights. It’s in a great location to the casino. The shuttle was very useful to and from the casino. We utilized the shuttle for Travis Tritt concert. We would stay again

We stayed 1 night for a concert at Harrahs and our room was super nice for the price. Clean and convenient, the bed was cozy, hot shower with a working drain. We had 0 complaints. We would definitely stay there again!

Close to $200 for a night in a place with this kind of condition is egregious! The first room (on the motel side) they assigned me smelled awful! Musty mildew to the max! The next room they offered had just been shampooed and had such a strong chemical cleanser smell that I might not have woken up if I slept in there. They finally gave me a third room that was inside the hotel which was in decent shape. Had to dispose of a couple dead flying insects and stray hairs but that's it. It was right by the elevator and the ice machine...and everyone knows how annoying that is! I'll try to find something good to say to close my review. The gentleman helping me did work to accommodate the room change request but honestly this hotel didn't have much to work with. Oh yeah, don't stand under that portico very long, one of the columns might collapse any minute.

Staff was very nice. The room was ok..there was a smashed bug on the back of the bathroom door, there was a big space in between the outside door and the ground, had to place a towel in front of to block. Had to place the air on low to get the yucky smell out. The breakfast was cereal and bagels, muffins. Will mot be staying again

Facility was clean and location was convenient. Bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I both left very tired from restless nights with terrible back pain. Do not expect comfy beds at this hotel!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great location- located near a variety of gas stations , food places and activities…walking distance to casino and shuttle that provides free transportation to casino every where.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful I didn’t like the pillows in the bedroom. They were small. I think our king size bed they need to be larger and more comfy.

We stayed on the 20th floor in building 4…. the mountain view was amazing, everything was super clean, & all of the staff was very helpful with getting around. it’s a big place & the casino is soooo much fun!!!

Good location and easy to get in and out. Didn’t like people sitting just outside the entrance and smoking??? You had to walk thru cigarette smoke to enter or exit. Need new softer mattress!
