The front desk person was pleasant and easy check in. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were decent but nothing special. It did have a musty smell. The wash clothes were dingy and cleaning person let a dirty rag and spray in our room. Could use more towels.

Close to the casino/ the pool The carpet smells like smoke and it needs an upgrade. The housekeeper gave towels but didn’t make the bed or vacuum the carpet

Very good place to stay. Clean pool and hotub, rooms have all the stuff you need for a weekend visit. The aggresive aromatherapy sprayer in the elevator is due to all the stoners enjoying the peace pipe, stinking the elevator up; youll notice if the sprayer cartridge runs out on you. Good extended continental breakfast selection, but I went to the nearby local buffet instead.

The room was clean however it was so musty and humid. And due to that it smelled and was warm when the ac wasnt blowing, which made being in the room smell and uncomfortable. Also there were several things that needed repair like the toilet lid, bolt cover on the toilet, lots of snags in the bedding etc. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was disappointing. You can get a muffin bagel cereal or waffle. Thats about it. Just sugary options. The muffins weren't even good.

The carpet was wet and stinky, however the bed was comfy and it’s right across the street from the casino.

It’s a very nice hotel. The room was clean and we had a beautiful view of the mountain from our room. This was our first time in Cherokee , we will definitely be back.

It is a clean hotel with a clean room. It is what you would expect from a hotel chain. No complaints It met expectations. I was not looking for concierge service. Those hotels were available at 3 times the price. This is a good room in a good location. Nothing more.
