I was hoping to use the swimming pool, but it was closed for maintenance
-
The room was clean and in good condition, however the refrigerator was not working properly, the seal was coming off and it was leaking ,management informed. The pool was not open and this was not mentioned during booking. Parking was great, not an issue. I booked this stay for great walking access to the casino, loved this about my stay. Easy access to the Casino!! Will book again in the future!! Friendly staff. Quiet Area at night.

I was definitely expecting better. The attendant was polite and helpful. We trekked up the steps carrying everything because they don't have an elevator, I was not delighted with the accommodations. The bathroom was ancient and dilapidated. Commode lid was cracked and almost the entire tub floor was worn off. Then there was something easy to see smeared on one of the sheets. I will assume the person who put those sheets on had no pride in their job. We moved to the other bed, and it looked clean, but I get the vibe there is plenty of mess you can't see with naked eye. Also the deadbolt was off the door. That is not acceptable, especially when you enter from outside. The same door latch didn't work well so the door had to be slammed hard to shut and latch. That is surely not an issue that hasn't been seen by staff. I would not appreciate the noise of disruption several rooms away so I can't imagine our neighbors did. A delightful check in isn't enough for me to ever go back. When I wasn't asked at checkout how my stay was, it became clear that they don't want to "know" about any problems. They aren't giving attention to maintenance anyway.

None Room has bed bug

Location is great, can walk to casino. Rooms are old and dated. Breakfast is not much. Worked fine though for one night, and we loved location.

The room was semi clean, although you felt like you did not want to walk around on the carpet barefoot. The bathroom looks very outdated and the toilet handle was broken which made the toilet run all night. On a positive, the ac was cold and the bed was comfortable, the location is excellent if you want to use the casino but not stay in the casino. All in all it was under $100 a night. You can't expect much for that, and they will not give you much. In the words of my wife. " it is whst it is"

Fridge in room did not work. Door to room was extremely difficult to close. Tub was painted and peeling. The bathroom looked like something I would expect to find in a 1 star roadside truck stop, not an almost $200 a night room.

I will never still they again.

My wife ended up with bites on her. We weren’t sure what from but they were all over her body. The room smelled like someone had smoked in the room even though it was non smoking.

Clean room. Friendly Staff. Easy parking

The ac and refrigerator sound is too loud. The bathtub is slow draining tub

All was great! Only issue I had was no coffee pot in the room, but there is coffee in the lobby.

I will NEVER stay here again. We waited to check-in because the rooms were supposedly being cleaned. They were not. My toilet had recently been used, still had the toilet paper in it. If someone had actually cleaned the tub they would have known that it was so clogged the water took 20 minutes to drain out. The bed was clean but the door didn't close without force. The front desk staff were really nice, but they were booked solid and there was no room for me to be moved to.

AT FIRST I was very concerned about staying here since the doors are on the outside. It was surprisingly quiet, very clean, safe and we had everything we needed. Including a microwave and refrigerator. It is directly across from Harrah's.

Proximity to the casino and plentiful parking The room smelt of damp and smoke. Had housekeeping try to enter the room on the evening of arrival offering fresh towels though we had only arrived that afternoon. Was surprised seeing housekeeping being done at 21:30 but found out there are only 2 staff doing 40 rooms. No coffee machine in the room though coffee and creamer was provided. Appeared to be a leak in the bathroom as water mysteriously appeared across the floor regularly and the carpet filthy. Room door jamming and door handle very loose. Breakfast was pitiful. To be fair to the establishment I was advised that the place has recently been taken over and the new owner will be renovating it.

The room was dirty with blood stains on the comforter. The shower water was warm at best with hardly any water pressure. The room had an odor as well. I do not typically write reviews and I would have brought up all of our issues with the staff but not it didn't seem to matter to them from check-in to check-out. I just wanted to get out of there. The pictures are not accurate and show a much nicer stay which it is not.

Our place to stay when in Cherokee. It's older but always clean. Just across the street from the casino entrance.

Let me start with room was clean. Advertised pool not open. Stay was 5/23 so fairness says may not open until after Memorial day. My biggest complaint was trash was right in front of rooms, it stank unbearable!!! Absolutely disgusting!! Change this to charge $200 per night.
