We did not eat breakfast either morning, didnt look like enough choices to enjoy, first morning no regular coffee was ready when we wanted it! We had a non smoking room and the top blanket on the bed had cigarette burn mark on it! The coffee pot had dried up coffee from previous use! We had only 2 towels for a 2 day stay! Had to go get me more

Now let's get into why this property is so unbelievably horrible to stay at. When we arrived at the property, the entire area wreaked of cigarettes. According to locals, it is quite common for many people to smoke cigarettes on this property right outside of pretty much every room. Okay, fine, whatever. But then, after taking a nap shortly after we arrived, when we woke up we saw an engorged bed bug crawling across the bed. We squished it and blood came out. We were horrified and disgusted. Other bed bugs appeared under the mattress. We took one of the squished bugs to the front desk and we were told "okay, would you like to move rooms or get a refund?" Excuse me? No apology? Just, here's a choice? Unfortunately we had no other place to stay so we chose to move rooms. In the new room, we inspected the mattress and found holes in the comforter and sheets, as well as mold in and around the bottom of the mattress and the box spring covers. There were also tons of big flies flying around room with no clear reason as to why there were so many in this room specifically. We also found broken glass by the night stand. We killed at least 5 of the flies before giving up. Finally, before we leaving, we noticed that room 104 (bed bugs room) was not even being professionally cleaned.

If you are a smoker this place is for you. Even though we booked two non-smoking rooms both of them smelled like smoke. Each room has an ashtray sitting on the air conditioning unit so people can smoke outside. The smoke then gets into the air conditioner which sends it into the room. They did offer to move us to a different room but again each room had an ashtray sitting outside of it ( mostly full of cigarette butts) so it wouldn’t have changed the smoke smell. The room was mostly clean. The room is a little dated but was still comfortable. It was also very convenient to walk to the Casino.

It’s an older property but the staff is always very nice and the location is perfect for the casino. Breakfast is pretty much lacking so I would plan breakfast somewhere else. Otherwise we had fun

Just how close was to where we was going to be for those two nights The bathroom was not clean, right behind the bathroom door was spider web and dust accumulated in the corners.

It was right across the street from the casino The room door was hard to close. The TV reception was terrible. There was a leak in the vanity area coming up from under the floor, maintenance looked at it and put the bath mat over it and left, being that he didn’t speak English we didn’t know if he was coming back. We checked out a day early so don’t know the outcome of the leak, I’m guessing a plumber would be needed due to location. There was also Freon leaking out of the ac unit next door to us. The pool was also closed.

The bed was nice and the ac worked good! The first room they put me in something was wrong with the lock it wouldn’t let me in, the second room they put me in the tv didn’t work properly even after resetting the direct tv box it still would not play correctly! The toilet get running a little bit of water and the shower pressure was not very good.

It is directly across from the casino. The bathroom smelled awful and we had a non smoking room but the bedding had a lingering smoke smell.

And there breakfast only consists of stale cereal and waffles I won't be staying here anymore Bed was really high, I had a hard time getting on the bed, I'm short
