Was all good.

The whole resort is not very clean… all areas inside, including our “luxury” room had dirt in all corners and cob webs on windows. Water was cut off to the whole resort, from an outside source, for many hours.. would have been nice to be comped for the inconvenience, considering we could not shower for elegant ding reservations.

I absolutely loved the fact that I didn't have to leave the property to do anything. The room was very spacious and clean. The stuff was very friendly as well.

The hotel was nice and clean along with the spacious 2 beds in the deluxe room. Not a small room with a nice bath tub with jets and also shower.

It is a Casino hotel in beautiful mountain area, well equiped and generously built. However, the room interior (furniture, etc) need an upgrade. The furniture are also not really clean (3 out 5). It would make the stay excellent.

We were charged extra for non smoking when the hotel advertised non smoking. Room was not clean. Had to change rooms.

It has been 5 1/2 years since I last stayed and my experience was significantly better this go around. I ate at four different locations while I was there (all delicious but major shout out to Amici, they were the best!) On this trip I was able to enjoy the spa and get a massage. I definitely should have booked a longer service, it was heavenly. It was overall a very relaxing weekend for me. I also got to finally see a concert in the event center and it was just perfect. Bed was comfortable, I was in Creek tower. Will definitely be back soon!

Lots to do. Great food. Friendly staff, front desk super nice but nkt as knowledgeable as onecwuld hope for auch a large hotel. Italian restaurant was amazing, great service. All employees at pool were very helpful as well. While all the staff is very friendly, most didn't have basic information, from how to get to the parking to where to go to get valet and no info was provided when checking in, including where the elevators were. Each employee had a different answer. Also the sweet stop had a rude employee with short spikey grey hair. And 2 of the truffles I bought were moldy on the inside, which I discovered once I bit into 1. That is terrible and since the impolite employee kept repeating they were retail and not food and beverage, I agree with her on that as if they were food and beverage there would have been more responsibility about the rotation of their chocolates and they would know when something goes bad.
