I like the hotel. Will be back to stay again.

A couple of things. We got there about 10 mins to 3. Had to get back out of the process and get in line after 3. Tv didn’t work. When asked what tower I was in, had no clue. They did t tell us that. Wanted to order room service. They told us to do that on the tv but the tv didn’t work yet. Maintenance man was very helpful. Ordered food from some kind of bbq place. Sorry can’t remember the name, but it was excellent. Bottom line…was told to never use a 3rd party for reservations. ?? Will we go again. Possibly

We enjoyed our stay except for the fact there was too much walking involved in order to reach the mountain towers . It was a long walk to get to our room once we were able to reach the towers. We asked just about everyone we saw, but they seemed as frustrated as ua to find where they were going. There should be more signs directing you to the individual towers as well as the three different Valet Parking stations. One Security Lady escorted us right to the Valet station clear across the Casino floor. That was so wonderful since we were not knowing where to go or that there were three different Valet locations. Her name was Kini and she really went over and above, taking the time to help us. Everyone was extremely helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I are both 70 and that was our only complaint too much walking. We won't be staying at the Casino again, we will stay at a hotel off site.

Great stay with an opportunity to explore nature and gamble a bit. Different variety to satisfy multiple palettes and age ranges. Very good stay will definitely be back.

I love the hotel and casino. The only dilemma I have is knowing that there were two different sections of the hotel which does not have an access bridge to walk to the other side. It is very confusing but overall, we had a great time, and the rooms were beautiful as well. I love the Gordon Ramsey food choices and the list goes on.

Casino was huge with a vast amount of gaming tables, and a solid Sports Book! The Gordon Ramsay Food Court was super handy with outstanding smash burgers. Rooms were large and clean.

Stay 3 days 2 nights. 1st time at a casino resort. Upon arriving Valet & front staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, stocked with towels. One little young security officer was rude when asked for a little direction is why 3 star for staffing. But we figured it out. Casino and restaurants staff I encountered was Great. Great place to get your steps in, wear comfortable shoes. Wasn’t a big winner on this trip but had a Great time. We’ll be back to enjoy the rest of resort entertainment stores we did get experience and win a JACKPOT.

The staff were amazing! The Valet Parking staff were great! The bell hop staff were friendly and very helpful! The food and entertainment were great! I wish there were more performances during the week. They are pet friendly and have a lot of amenities. The casino was huge and has a smoking area with machines. Couples can share entrees in some restaurants inside the resort. Plenty of high end places to shop inside of the resort. Make your itinerary to really enjoy your trip.

Be ready to walk a lot! Nothing is convenient and lacks proper signs to guide first timers. The food choices are terrible. It needs a sit down cafe with waiters and not just a food court. The slot choices were terrible as well. Seems they have the same slots everywhere and not what we’re used to! Did not enjoy the trip! Won’t be going back. The winding road the last 20 miles was awful.

Location Tried to check in early. My Birthday celebration. The Ladies never smiled. Acted like they didn't want to be there. Before 1pm,extra 60 after 1 20 bucks. Redicilious. If room is ready why charge extra. You know casino makes enough as is. Room was not clean at all. Stepped in dog urine on carpet which was disgusting. Was not a little puddle it was all in front of dresser. Bathroom sink slow drain. Not clean as early stays.

Absolute rip-off. I booked a non-smoking room through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the hotel forced me to pay an extra $29/night just to get the non-smoking room I had already paid for. Management completely refused to help or refund it. They also tacked on an extra $50/night and a $34/night resort fee. The walk rate during this low season was only $79, yet I ended up paying nearly $280 a night due to these hidden costs. Speaking to other guests, this is a systemic issue—everyone is getting scammed with the same extra fees. Booking.com needs to clean up this listing. Unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place! The place was clean but the hidden chargers needs to be investigated.

No shower gel only a bar soap, not really suitable in this day and age!
