Place was clean and staff was very friendly and minutes from casino also, theres a food lion right next door as well as restaurant at walking distance….. it was my 2nd stay there!!!

Overall, for the price of the room and it's location it was ok. But the property can do better with some simple things. ie the TV would not operate and they had to tape a broken remote with scotch tape. It also took the bathroom sink hours to drain. Staff was extremely friendly but they should do a few quality control checks after each stay. Thus I was a bit disappointed. There are many other places to stay in Cherokee so I challenge the location to do a better job.

Great place to stay

Other than our room smelling like cigarettes from the possible previous visitors, it was great! Nothing a little spray couldn’t fix. The room was cozy, the area was quiet & the staff was great! Will be staying there again!

The staff was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. They were very informative, for our first time there.

The property is located close enough to walk to the casino. It is located near several stores and fast food restaurants in case you need something quick to eat. And they are always super accommodating of any of my needs. I’ve had when I stayed there. Nothing

The rooms are disgustingly old and gross. The sheets and blankets were damp. The toilet seat literally fell off when using it. 3 big spiders in the bathroom. The only good thing was the host Holly very nice woman. We stay at microtels a lot and we’re always very nice. Also the breakfast was terrible

My husband and myself stayed 2 nights, the room was clean but old. It had a old stale water smell like when something is wet and doesn't get cleaned up. Mirrors on 1 side of the wall and when u walked in very dark, refrigerator not plugged in no microwave in the room. And breakfast was muffins, bagels, microwave biscuit etc. But they front desk lady's were not overly friendly when checking in.. everything is outdated . We stayed on 1st floor but had to use the laundry which was on the 3rd floor, elevator door got stuck, only 1 washer and 1 dryer uses coins only, coins got stuck but finally got it to work no one ever came up to help when a guest told them we needed help..overall clean just very outdated needed upgrade on everything and more workers

Maintenance is an issue. Smoke alarm batteries died at 2:30 in the morning. Called front desk but could not hear them as the phone cord is messed up. Went down to the front desk at 2:30 in the morning and was given batteries to put in alarm. The last service date on the alarm was 2018! Also, the side door that should only open with a room key was broken and did not need a key. Anyone could enter the building at any time.

The pool Not big enough rooms and need a microwave

Had to wait for a front desk clerk just to check in, sign at front desk stating please wait they have stepped away, sign up the total stay, no internet as stated, room very outdated and not clean. Totally not the experience of an Wydham property!!!! Have pics if needed.

The staff was awesome, ? nice women who were great help, ? clean rooms, nice beds, and location great, good breakfast for simple people, good pool too and a sweet cat came in and out I called him Simon lol Nothing wrong

There wasn't much to choose from. An apple, coffee and a muffin. the bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable after a couple of hours sleep I woke up with my back killing me
