The hotel was in a good location. Far enough from the super busy areas that it was quiet but still close enough for convenience. The breakfast was also really good and kept well stocked even when busy. The salt water pool was also clean. When we got to our room, there was an opened can of soda in the fridge, no hand soap or makeup remover wipes, the bathroom counter had hair and bobby pins on it and a package of cookies left under the bed. I let the front desk know and the came and took the soda out of the fridge but did not clean it. Then brought the soap and makeup wipes but did not wipe down the counter either. We were also given a room with 2 double beds when we booked for 2 queen beds.

I liked the view to was beautiful! The bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain 264 has a mildew shower curtain. For 200 a night I excepted better. The room was nice. Just not as clean as expected.

Could us a little update but over all it was nice, clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better.

Great trip as always! This is always my place to stay. One day I’ll get that bacon for breakfast I just know it but even if I don’t I’ll still be here!

Location was close to all the things we had planned. There were cigarette butts on the stairs leading to our room the entire time we were there.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient to casino and Cherokee sights. Definitely will be back!! Liked everything

Room was very comfortable. Pool was really nice and the kids used it a lot. Location is right by the river. Breakfast was quite basic but ok.

Very close to the Island Breakfast was terrible. I didn't have extremely high expectations, though, it'sfree. It would have been better if the items were not served frozen. The biscuits and the egg rounds were still very cold and gravy was very runny. Additionally, the website said they require a security deposit of $100, when actually it was 1 full night. When I called and asked the person that answered the phone confirmed it was a full night and the website had not been updated
