We love our home away from. It’s peaceful and quiet. Only hotel w a hot tub! She is not the Hyatt, but she’s all we want need. Beds are firm and you can choose a pillow you like. Staff is away ready to help w anything you need. We are here 4-6 times a yr! You’re only a couple minutes from everything. It’s time to resurface the hot tub guys. ♥️♥️♥️

Good location. Staff great. Beds need new mattresses. Hot tub was under going repairs but guests were still allowed to get in. Tile inside of tub was chipped out which to me was a cut or injured foot waiting to happen. The wrapping around a pipe was dented and an eye sore.

The location was good When checking in you have to have the person the room is under with you. Which I’ve never had happen before. In Pigeon Forge now and room was in my husband’s name had no problem checking in. Without my husband being here. And booking’s AI operator was absolutely no help at all. Kept telling me my pin # and conformation number was wrong. When Booking is the one who assigned those numbers. You need to have live people answering the phone.

We left as soon as we walked in the lobby. Reeked of smoke and signs on the door about smoking Marijuana in rooms. They refunded us.

Staff was nice That we found dried up small brownish looking bugs on the mattress cover and it also smelled a little bad in the room. So we left and drove two hours home after being up for half the night at the casino. Terrible end to trip

The clerk was nice when we checked in. The room was not clean. The know to the bathroom was missing. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. The walls had stuff on them and the bedside table was dirty. I could smell food from other guest VERY strongly in my room. It was not worth 150 a night. Im just not a complainer so I sucked it up but I will never stay there again and we travel to Cherokee on average 3 times a month. What a shame.

The price, room clean and had a pleasant smell, quiet, bathroom very clean and sanitized,and the space of the room was spacious, also air conditioner worked great and location was good. The sheets were old looking and stained. The spead very thin but smelled pleasant. Parking area for cars lights very dim, need brighter lights.
