The room very clean staff are helpful

We had no hot water all four days/nights of our stay. Reported it right away but never was addressed to give us hot water.

Friendly and efficient staff, privacy, balcony was great, natural setting (an elk was foraging on the riverbank), convenient parking. We would have liked access to explore back lawn.

Room and view was great. Pool ok. The breakfast sausage wasn't tasty. Great staff.

Soft king bed, clean room,cold ac. We loved watching ducks and eagles flying over river from our balcony. Toilet and shower made squeaky sounds when using them .

Love the balcony and easy parking. And the room was nice and clean it just needed a coffee pot .

Balcony with view of the river and elk. Upgraded to a queen suite when our double bed room wasn't ready upon check-in at 7pm. Hotel was being remodeled, breakfast was ok and the paper coffee cups were small. No towels or wash cloths in our room. Chairs on balcony were old and not comfortable.

I can't say enough about this wonderful place. It is the perfect spot to hear the river and witness nature. Not to mention very near the casino!

Unfortunately for us at 1:20 AM Our bathroom mirror fell off the wall making the most god awful sound and shattered glass in a thousand pieces. This was very upsetting and we couldn’t sleep after that. We reported this to the staff at the front desk in the morning and asked for the manager. I asked the staff member to look at the room and he said the manager would be in around 8 or 9, the manager arrived at 7:45 AM and we looked at the room together. He said that the mirror was probably installed 30 years ago and that whole wing of the motel would be closed for renovation next week. Mr Patel was apologetic but couldn’t give us a refund due to “third party payment” that being Expedia.
