SureStay by Best Western Cherokee on the River

Carpet was damp. The water didn’t get very hot for the jetted tub or the shower. Water pressure absolutely sucked and barely had enough pressure to shower. The chairs on the balcony were cheap plastic chairs that felt like they were going to break when I sat in it. They left a full ashtray on the balcony from the previous stay. TV had very poor blurred picture. It wasn’t worth what I paid for the night.

Property was in the middle of renovations but it was still a very good experience!

Clean room staff was friendly quiet area and the view was pleasant

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel, but the parts that are finished are beautiful. Would stay again when remodel is completed.

The staff is very friendly, very clean facility. They are remodeling all of the rooms and they are looking very nice. They need to step up their breakfast a little, but otherwise it’s a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location! Wish we had stayed longer! River view and access were perfect breakfast was great as well!

They are in midst of remodeling. We loved the location with river view. Hoping the rooms are completely remodeled next time we visit

Cleanliness No elevators for handicapped. Not ADA accessible.

Newly remodeled, still ongoing renovation. Continental breakfast is served . Staff were very nice. The sheets were a little old and carpet still outdated but I m sure they will work on it. It’s right beside the river and our room has balcony which is pretty awesome. The only thing is I booked a king size bed. It is available in Expedia but when we get tot he hotel , it is fully booked and ended up with 2 queen size bed and no refund of some sort. All in all the stay was great

The view was beautiful. Close by to all the little stores and casino. Dirty walls were filthy, t.v large wasn't hooked up, the employee had to bring us a little tv to watch. The telephone also didnt work couldn't call the front desk. All the reset buttons on the gfs plugs were poked out. We had the do not disturb on our door handle and a employee knocked and before we could get to the door the man walked in on us.

Comode was very old and low to floor..

The staff were friendly and were very quick to respond when we had no remote for the TV. The continental breakfast area was remodeled and very nice. All in all for the money it was okay.

Overall no issues. Room is small but no problems good value. Bed was a little soft

The room was not clean, the pool was out dated. Not to mention the bugs that were under our pillows. The breakfast only consisted of waffles and yogurt. No biscuits and gravy like advertised. Totally run down and absolutely not worth the $100 we paid for the night. We told the lady working the front desk about our experience. She took my phone number and said she would have the manager call me. But 4 days later, no call from the manager. Avoid this property

The only complaints we have is there was no one way the desk to check us in when we arrived. We had to call the hotel to get someone to come to us. Other than that the stay was great!

Staff greeted us with smiles. Hotel was going through some remodel in the lobby with a beautiful center of the room fireplace. The balcony views from our room was beautiful and relaxing. It was not in the center of town with all the hustle and bustle which I enjoyed but still very close to everything. This wasn’t a very planned trip just a very last minute mountain ride with overnight stay so we were very satisfied with our choice!

Amazing view, and love the option for a smoking room. Renovations in progress and they are improving.

The cleaning staff were very sloppy. Other than that the staff was great Offered a refund but haven’t seen it yet

Check in was easy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, had a good view of the river. Our room was spacious. Nice morning breakfast included. Would stay again.
