They cancelled our booking in late July. Booked on 5/4/26. Said it was already booked when I boked it. How can ypu all I w double booking?

One of the staff ran into my car with a golf cart. They said they didn't want to file it one their insurance and for me to send the estimates to them and they would take care of it. After sending them this information they completely ghosted me and would not provide their insurance information. I had to file the damage with my own insurance and had to pay the deductible.

Booked a cabin when I arrived I was told Expedia had sold me a motel. With cabin pictures never seen a motel room. This needs to be fixed and not just something said.

We stay here several times per year and love it! Close to the casino and some rooms are right on the river. Beautiful hidden gem.

Location was good Needed serious updating . Even though it was really old the owners could do simple things to help curb appeal . Landscaping, the big sign outside really needs updating, the shower/tub was peeling where there was a failed attempt at refinishing. Strong bleach smell upon entering the room

I loved the fact that you could smoke right outside of your room. The staff was always nice and helpful. The room was clean and I slept like very well. Great place to stay.

The location was great. Close to the casino, off the main road so limited traffic noise. Room was muggy causing the floor to sweat. Floor was dirty after walking around barefoot the bottom of our feet were black. Head board had boogers on it! Hair left in the shower! They definitely need to improve their cleaning protocols.

Nothing. We did not stay/ We checked out after we found a roach bug in the bed. We were supposed to be staying in one of the cabins but when we got there they said booking. com had reserved a motel room for us instead. Very disappointing. I definitely would never stay in the motel. Years ago we stayed in one of the cabins and it was very good.

Decently close to things we wanted to do Hair all in the shower of bathroom clean other then that’s. Yet the Staff was kinda rude when I asked about our room. My wife and I were under then impression we booked a cabin. To find out we did not. She was slightly rude when I explained I wasn’t happy and the only response was well our cabins are booked.

The views The owner coming to tell us to check out and we still had the cabin for another night.They had made a mistake and put us in a different cabin.And she came to the door and was very rude thinking that we were supposed to check out.And we were not supposed to do that.We had another night booked.
