The bedroom and bathroom were not cleaned and were nasty. It looked like the linens hadn’t been changed since the last stay. The hot water didn’t work. They also never confirmed my refund request for our second night there even though I completed the request within the refund timeframe.

Checked in everything seem alright. Went to dinner came back no parking, we asked for a shower curtain which our room had nothing in our bathroom. Went to the front desk to ask for a shower curtain and it smelled like someone was having a Marijuana party at the front desk next to our room. Quite an awful stink floating into our room till after Midnight. Quite an unpleasant stay to say the least. We feel like a refund should be given.

If you stay in one of the cabins stay in cabins 1 though 7 or 8 to avoid the car wash disco light show on the other side of the river. The car wash turns the lights on around 6pm and turns them off at 6am. It's like having a police car parked outside your window with the lights flashing all night. Thankfully were able to move cabins after the first night. Also consider booking through the motel itself to pick the right cabin.

Very clean. Provided shuttle service to our venue. On the river. Nicely and comfortably furnished. Lots of food places near by. Location was good for what we were doing. It was not quite what I was expecting so I was surprised by that but it was still nice. Over priced for what it was. I have stayed in condos with similar quality that were half the price. I would look at other places before going back to this establishment.

You can tell it's an older property, but they've updated it. It was super clean and cute. We were at the far end of property and my only issue was it took forever, and I man forever. Like probably over 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower. It came just to a while. Will stay here again close to the casino.
