Qualla Cabins and Motel Cherokee near Casino

The air conditioning did not work and it was 95 degrees in the villa that we stayed in. The villa was no more than a motel room. The property was old and worn out and run down. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It was entirely overpriced even if it was the 4th of July weekend.

Room was clean and decent. The guy working the desk was helpful and nice, but they are only there certain hours. We decided to stay an extra night and was accommodated with no issues

Which was $25 a night for each pet.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The villa was surprisingly spacious for us 2. The bed is very supportive (I prefer a softer bed but slept beautifully). The a/c was not on for our arrival and took quite awhile to cool the space but a quick trip to dollar gen for a box fan sped that up and we woke up chilly! Will make this our regular spot for our monthly cherokee escape!

Our stay was amazing in one of the 4 Tee Pee Cabins. It was right on the creek which was very peaceful and the hot tub was extreamly relaxing. It was very spacious definitely a home away from home vibe. Pleanty of room for 5 of us. And the shower was insane with all of thw settings , at least in the cabin we got! The washer and dryer was also very helpful and convenient!! I Can't wait for a future stay. Most definitely will be a go to place for our family. The campfire and grill areas for the guests wlare also a very nice amenity. And if your able to thw Cabins are very nice and very affordable for how there set up it worth a little extra if you can. Ph and next time I can bring my critters as they are pe5 friendly too.!!!!!

This place is pretty janky to say the least. The pictures on the website are extra misleading. The floors felt grimy and there was yellow stains on the sheets.

Great location! Villa right on the river with access to tubes, fire pit, volleyball, badminton and corn hole - fun for the whole family!!! Shower pressure wasn’t great but got the job done - hot water ran out pretty quick (2 people quick shower max) and there was some what I assume was dog hair on the comforter. We used a lint roller to remove what we could

We love the property when we come to town this is where we always stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Love sitting on the back balcony and listening to the creek. You could hear the traffic from the other road but it wasn't annoying. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. But, out of the crazy around the casino. But, you could be at the casino in about 5 minutes. The bed where a little low. So with back issues they were a little hard to get out of. Only 1 trash can in the cabin

We'll stay here again. The area to relax near the water is nice

The location,the staff,the river,the boundary in your back pockket....the locations great!the rooms not so much....just being honest its very overpriced.... The placement is great....but me and my wife feel our places were switched online where we paid for the room it was suppised to be a 1 room cabin,ended up being a hotel room,the floor was filthy,i said something to the guy at the desk who was very helpful and kind,and he asked someone else to check room 19 see if it is clean,he did and said it was clean....but it was just as filthy,so i cleaned it myself it had been a long day,we were out of options and had just been baited online and switched out when we got there....very deceptive,but i dont believe its theyre fault i believe whoever set the listing up done this,the staff was great tho....but they do need better cleaners,the floors full of dog hair,and dust....it was 1 of the dirtier hitels ive stayed in forsure but the location is great....
