Well everything was great. The welcoming presence and the staff were awesome. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the room and stay was great. I love my room cold and man that AC was working!

Beds were comfortable. Nice shower. No coffee in the afternoon. A-lot of spider webs on the side of the building. Needs sprucing up.

This was the perfect getaway. We came there for a concert at the Harrah's Casino. Everything is so accessible and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The staff was wonderful and the room was spotless. Will definitely plan another visit.

If you need High speed internet in the area, this is the place to stay at. While it’s not the top of the line rooms, it’s plenty fine. And it close enough to all the main attractions in the area.

The staff is excellent, polite, and very helpful. The property is well situated for our purposes. We were waterfall hunting. We would stay here again.

Location was fair, on outskirts of Cherokee which made traffic noise miniscule Website pics indicated nice restaurant pics and reviews complemented breakfast. What we received was a slim continental breakfast with limited breakfast fare offered in town. Room was continually damp, as in my clothing was always damp. Water droplets dozed up from bathroom tile, wallpaper in hall was coming off at the seams from apparent moisture damage. No coffee maker in Room and temp of coffee in breakfast area was not consistent and poorly managed for content. Advised staff on duty of all but coffee issues.
