Clarion Pointe Cherokee

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly everything was very clean the breakfast was good. The only thing was trying to figure out the password the lady that checked us in didn’t say it was all one word because there was 2 words with a number it took us a minute to figure it out

Good location good full breakfast

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Lisa, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond by recommending some excellent local restaurants, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Her hospitality and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Close to the things we wanted to do. Pool was nice, felt good after a hot day of walking. Could have used a few more clean towels. We enjoyed our stay.

Super friendly

Nice, clean property, convenient location, friendly staff.

This was a wonderful comfortable hotel for those looking for a quiet spot. They are completely non-smoking, which can be tricky to find in Cherokee. The staff was so thoughtful, and even came running out with umbrellas when it was pouring rain. They are making some nice updates like fresh paint and carpet (at least where we were on floor 1). The bed and linens were fluffy and comfy. Will come back when in the area.

We were not told that we had to ask to have the room cleaned. We were there for two nights. after the first day, we was wondering why the room had not been clean when we got back late in the afternoon. This is when we would told about their policy. The lady at the front desk was very nice and got us clean towels. We know it was not her policy but the owner of the hotel. I have stayed in in well over 100 hotels in the last ten years and this is the first time I had to ask to have the room clean. If this is the hotel policy, we will not stay there again.

National Park close by. Everything was great.

Nice quiet location, close to the town and casino. But the hotel needed help, the elevator didn't work, the breakfast was Bare Bones, room acceptable. BED was very comfortable...average place but I would stay there again because the bed and pillows were the best rest I've had in any hotel.

Lisa was great. She was very personable, informative, helpful and obviously working very hard to make up what appeared to be a staff shortage. Disappointed that the pool was not open for understandable reasons. Continental breakfast seem lacking for adults. Receptionists seem to be wearing too many hats and having to leave the desk, which pointed toward staff shortage. Facility was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very helpful as well as being exceptionally friendly 👌. Room was comfortable and provided all our needs.

The room was very clean and functional. The hotel property was clean and upkept. The only negative is the continental breakfast items were always out. Coffee stayed out also.

A very nice property and clean. Expected more of the continental breakfast menu. Was used to bacon, sausage and eggs at other hotels we’ve stayed in. Still waiting for our receipt, counter person said we’ll receive it on email. Said they don’t have that option when it’s 3rd party booking.
