The tub needs to be changed. The texture of the base seems chemically damaged. Random note— the pillow spacing was too far apart. GLOW As for the cleaning of the space — probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been. The water available was nice and the air conditioning was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Hair in sink in bathroom, shower valve was stuck only partial water came out, the body was bottle was broken, tv channels were mislabeled, tv screen was damaged picture only took up part of screen

Facility was clean and the gym was really nice. The breakfast voucher system. It's confusing and it takes too much time to be served. If I'm eating breakfast at a hotel, I prefer to go in, get what I need, eat, and leave. We had to wait on a server to bring a menu and then had to wait for the food. Food was OK, just wasn't the service we were looking for.

I didn't like that the shower didn't get hot. The water was cold

We have been to this property several times this year but this time our room was not the best. Pealing wallpaper, shower leaked on to the floor do to installation issues, cracked sink in bathroom, and the safe didn't work. I will continue to visit this property the staff is awesome and so is the dining/bar experience. I just will be more picky about the state of the room.
