Upon arrival front desk staff was extremely rude and uninterested in welcoming me and my family. Upon getting to our room we discovered the floor was sopping wet. We called down to front desk to tell them what’s was going on and again had a bad attitude when I asked to be moved to another room. The second room we went too had a broken ac unit in the room so again I had to call front desk same rude attitude. So we moved to a 3rd room. It got to a point where my family didn’t feel comfortably with asking for more towels or pillows for the room since it seemed as though we was inconveniencing the front desk staff. For the price we paid for the room I expected better customer service and and better room conditions that I got. I will not be returning to this property.

We had a wonderful experience and love a good hotel that we can use on the way to our final vacation destination!

Staff was friendly, room clean, comfortable bed, and great water pressure for the shower in the morning. I will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel. Cleaning and our room was huge!

So I had a six night stay and the stay itself was very nice. Hotel was clean. I loved the gym and the fact that it had plenty of towels, a cold water dispenser and wipes to clean the equipment was definitely a plus. My grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool. And in general, it was a very nice stay. However, the fact that there is no free breakfast was off putting. Having to pay for breakfast in the morning when most hotels offer the option of continental or breakfast buffet I was very disappointed. All in all that’s my only complaint.

The breakfast was amazing and so was the waitress! I wasn’t able to connect to the internet at all!

Breakfast and dinner were both great. If there would have been a microwave and a bigger refrigerator in room.

Clean room, great restaurant for breakfast.

The only thing that needs fixing, is the sink in the bathroom. It doesn’t drain that quickly, and it’s not a lot of force when you flush the toilet, you have to hold it down.

The pool area was really nice and clean. The dining area was also lovely me and my son felt like we were eating at a fancy restaurant I didn't like how the tiles in the floor looked it looked like it suffered from water damage or maybe that was just my view of it but I don't like that

I never sleep well in hotels. But last night I slept like a baby! The bed and pillows were perfect for me. My friends who stayed in a different room said the same thing. We’ll be back next year

Staff was so polite, cleaning staff was amazing and overall rooms and facilities were amazing and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

The worst stay of my life. The first room had blood on the curtains and the second room almost made me vomit. While showering, I bend to wash my feet and there is freaking blue drug baggie on my foot! It had to have been inside of the shower curtain and the water exposed it, not sure but long story short, my husband and I left the hotel close to midnight. I have yet to hear from management regarding this.
