A little dated with carpet stains i wasn't pleased with.

I had two reservations in two hotels next ot each other so I went to the holiday 1sf and the next day when I checked out to the other hotel I automatically regret that I did not book those days in the holiday hotel instead of the wingate

Outdoor pool

The next room had a bipolar air-conditioning unit. I slept hot most of the night too tired to change rooms again. Everything else was clean and nice. Staff was great.

Staff was behind on opening time of pool in the morning. Also the trash over flow at breakfast, there was no place to put the trash.

The room was clean, but the building is dated. The windows in the room allow a great deal of moisture into the room. Everything felt damp during our stay. This is evidently an ongoing issue as rust was seen forming on the headboard light fixture and the bathroom room door is so swollen that it doesn’t open or close without applying force. The breakfast meats, when available because the offering was empty during breakfast on our second morning there, were over cooked and rubbery. We did not personally experience it, but another guest was complaining during breakfast that some of the milks were curdled or sour. I had wanted to address the room conditions during checkout, but there was no staff present at the front desk. This was by far not the kind of experience we have come to expect from the Holiday Inn Express hotel chain.

The space in our room was great! The one of the 3 mornings we had breakfast it was good. The other 2 mornings there was nothing it was all gone by 830am. The last day there was none due to the cook not coming in, from what we were told. See above. Also our bathroom door was messed up. It would stick and was hard to open and close. The garbage in the entire hotel were overflowing and never taken out. No food to buy in the pantry area. And the fridge was broken. Lots of stuff was broken or old. This wasnt worth fhe cost.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable

Nice hotel, however the bathroom definitely has some wear and tear. Comfortable beds & pillows. Pool area was nice. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room, but it was available in the breakfast area.

Our room was clean when asked for extra towels they gave them to us the staff was friendly Breakfast was great times we’re perfect and parking was a little hard for there was big trucks taking up spots The pool was great just needed to be vaccum but the family had fun in it I would recommend this hotel to everyone When we return again and need a hotel we will be back. Especially I don’t go in elevators and they did accommodate me perfect so I was so happy about that the most

Shower floor was slippery and could have used 2 extra bath towels.

Great location and extremely comfortable beds. Staff is super friendly. Would recommend

Hot and continental breakfast available The furniture was very worn in the breakfast area, the bath towels had holes in them, the bed comforter had a hole in it. And there was a bug in the bathtub.
