The room was very nice, roomy and comfortable.

Have been staying in this hotel for the last 3-4 years. We find this hotel very nice and affordable. Will be back next year .

Where do I start? From rusty towel hangers to paint peeling in the hot tub, from stained chairs in the breakfast area to the slowest tv I've ever seen, this was more of a motel experience with the executive price tag.

The whole hotel smelled and the carpets were stained. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, and when we asked for a repair or replacement they didn’t do anything. It was disappointing.

It was clean Room was a little dated, 1 elevator didn’t work at all, the other one worked once in a while had to take the steps several times

I enjoyed myself in the large twin-bedded room.

The hotel was clean. The front desk clerk was very helpful. It was very pleasant.

The hall carpet needs cleaned but the room was Emmaculent!!

it is a backup location when other hotels are full.

The staff was nice. On arrival my bathroom was dirty. There was someone else’s washcloth hanging on the shower. Everything was old and not up to date like the pictures show.

Breakfast was good a lot of choices Customer service could be better manager could be more accommodating and not so cold when it comes to making guest satisfied stopped up toilet manager could care less front desk receptionist bought me a plunger and said I had to plunge it myself. Telephone didn’t work. The room was half clean prior to, but the cleaning lady did come in and remove some articles that was left natural gas smelled outside front desk said they knew and did nothing about it. This was the worst place to stay at.

The Friendly staff was the best part of my stay here!

Just the bed that's it Management period. Also they never cleaned my room or replenish towels. They said when I checked in I should have requested my room to be clean with new towel. I'm sorry that's your job to inform me when I check in and not the other way. Hallway carpet were trashed, gym was not functional and out dated. I fly into that area 6 times a year. I will make sure employees from Ally Bank / Ally Financial never stay at these hotels
