amazing stay and staff. i will be booking again

I enjoyed my stay and the staff. My room was overlooking the city view. It was really loud from the fir trucks and police all night.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Safe place to stay. Loved the hot tub and laundry ( complimentary) No complaints! Keep up the great work

The breakfast was outstanding. The pool was constantly having to be maintained. Not quite sure of the problem. Work room was good and easy to use.

there was a leak in thd ceiling that dripped all nigjt.

Very clean and spacious with lots of useful amenities. Bed was very comfy Bathroom was not very big and needed modernising. The bath was clean, but stained

Reception staff were lovely. Room was not cleaned during our entire stay. Breakfast staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and unfriendly

Everything Mike texted us in was friendly and engaging. Very helpful and informative. The facilities were great very clean the food was delicious and staff attentive the room was spacious and clean very comfortable. I wish house keeping cleaned rooms on weekends. That would have made it perfect.

The lobby was beautiful and smelled really good. The staff was helpful. The complimentary laundry was awesome. The locations was perfect and the room was spacious There were no cleaning services rendered, I was told they only work during the week. The pull out sofa mattress smelled like mildew and had brown and black spots all over it, it was so flat and uncomfortable!! Upon entering my room it smelled like a combination of cat urine and feet. The tv had no guide to indicate what your were watching just the station you were watching.

The food was good, didn’t have turkey products but was place with veggie meat products,was clean,great services and will stay again also tell family and friends.

Didn’t like the smell of the room and were first sent to a room still occupied

Entering the lobby the smell is very pleasant and the front desk people were very friendly and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay for seven days.

Hot tub was my reason for coming to this location. The pool was closed, but the hot tub was running the whole time I was there and it was great. All the staff I encountered were polite and friendly. And the grits were all it took for me to love the breakfast. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is a little older so there are some superficial cracks and peeling on the doors and in the bathroom, but nothing that kept me from enjoying our stay. I do think they would benefit to upgrading to smart TVs, so that you have the ability to log into your streaming apps and the AC unit woke me up every night it turned on with a loud noise. But I had everything I needed for the stay and would return.
