Just wish the drink machine stayed on

Most of the staff was friendly with the exception of two individuals.... The place was comfortable and clean I am a large man who has always worn a swimming shirt specifically for swimming. I was told I'm not allowed in the hot tub and verbally kicked out of it until I took my shirt off. I paid $500 for two nights just to be treated like that in the pool area.. I was also told no loud parties there at all yet. When we tried to go out and sit by the gas fireplace there was a large crowd out there with a boombox playing really loud music. The maintenance man even went out and lit the fire for them so they knew just how loud they were being... At one point there was even a fight that broke out out there while everyone was drinking... Then my niece got out of bed trying to stay comfortable. Chose not to put shoes on when she was just going down to the lounge and the lady in charge so breakfast and formed her. She was not allowed down there without shoes on. I'm sorry but when you pay as much as what I did for two nights you would think you would have a little bit a better hospitality than that... As well as not getting much sleep because of how loud. The no party was....

Love this location for when we came in town to spend time with family, was like a lil apartment with everything we needed. Jason the maintenance man was so helpful and got us the crib we needed immediately, set it up and was very kind

Only one elevator worked. My bath tub had pubic hair and regular length hair in it. They double charged my card with their new system!

4 night stay. Staff was very helpful and personable! Would definitely recommend!

My only concern is the bathtub is very slippery. It was a concern. The tub was a little worn, which is fine. It was clean, but it is very slippery and could be the cause of an accidental fall

off to ensure that the drain pan would not overflow water back onto the floor. The maintenance technician install wood sticks on the left and right side to hopefully position the AC system to drain outside rather than inside my room onto the floor. The overall stay other than these few issues was very pleasant.

This facility is always clean and staff is always helpful. My family and I have been coming every summer since 2009. We look forward ton

Fast easy check in the check out at noon was great from a long distance trip. That room had a very bad odor,

Everything easy access to the highway, stores, customer services, large parking lot

The room was clean but smelled like smoke. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Location The pool hours are not posted in the listing. They only allow adults in pool area from 8-10 pm. Which we did not know until we arrived with our kids.
